I purchased a plan with them and never heard from them afterwards.
I had submitted some bills for repayment which i never heard back on. They never pick up calls or reply on emails.
Once i got connected but the lady said she will get back as she was not aware of my case and after that never heard or never got through their phones.

They are a fraud company and please do not waste your money with them.

I had purchased a silver plan for 4400 rs/-, I was assured that I can avail till 1.5 lack on any medical services like health check ups, any sort of test either to their designated labs or can claim the reimbursement of the expenditure. I did the same and sent an reimbursement claim of 8617 rs on July 27th. I got no response from them, even after following up with them nothing is happening. I am not worried about my money I lost there but I am willing to drag these cheaters in front of law and make sure they get punished for such thing. I am so surprised that they are running such a fraud scheame in heart of India without any fear. Even after so many complaints nothing is happening against them. Me & my 3 friends brought the policy of Rs.16500/- each.

3 Friends received vouchers and SBI form than after no feedback from them.

And 1 of the friend not received any documents last 4 - 5 month...

I am getting daily followup but not any respond from them..

Please help us or Guide us for taking any action on this fraud Company Health Manttra.

I purchased a medical policy from health manttra in nov. 2017 and have not yet received the cards. They do not respond to any calls or mails.
They had assured me to provide with bp machine and cards for each family member, plus had assured that it will be converted to emi. But nothing of the sort has happened. I received calls for welcome and was assured that i will receive the cards in 7-15 working days, but have not received anything yet.

Please register a fraus against ps solutions and health manttra

I had purchased a platinum plan from this company for rs. 9990 after taking the they sent me some doctors reimbursement vouchers, which i send them on the 7th december 2017 but as yet they have not reimbursed my amount and now they do not pick my calls

I am sure this company is a fraud company and i plan to register an fir against this company for fraud to the general public

I had recently registered for a health insurance policy in health Manttra company which claims to be for the same. I had paid upto 10000rs for the same and they have guaranteed us a kit which will be delivered us for the same but we didn't receive any. Now iam able to see that there are many people who have been affected because of this. What can we do now for the same?

I have taken policy of rs.20000 on 06.12.2017. After they receive payment they have stop responding to me and i have received no documents related to my policy yet. They have promised to make it on emi, that too was fake. After repeating request they told to share one otp to convert my amount into emi, and it was too fake and they had made a transaction of 9990 again on my card. Total 29990 i had made and after payment they again stop responding to me. I had already blocked my card to stop missue again. All the thing they have promised was fake 100% as i have received nothing like it was conveyed to me. I have all the sufficient documents to proof the same.

We purchased a plan from this company for 8990 and were promised lots of services and facilities related to health insurance benefits. As soon as we made the payment - they stopped receiving our calls. We recently received a courier - where they sent few vouchers - for the use of which we need to do lots of formalities and its a completely different procedure than what was explained over a call. They also promised to provide us some machines for health check up - which we never received. A card was also supposed to be issued for the reimbursement purposes - which was not the part of courier either. We feel cheated and request you strict action against this company.

I got a call on 29/sep/2017 and 11/oct/2017 they explain me some plan which is including all health related and its offer going on for rs.9999/- it includes all opt and 5 family member cover after that i told them am not planing to take but they force me many time so i taken plan but after that they didnt pick my call. After that i got one kit type of small cover in that they send me 20 voucher and one sbi form than i call many time that time also they didnt pick my call after i search customer care number they pick my call after 2hrs they told me send that form by filled by me to they address

I filled sbi insurance form with me and my 3 family members details send by india post after 3 days i got a call from india post this address is not verified post return. Than i take back from postman and courier by dtdc again and after 3 days i track the doc its show delivery successfully after again i start to call cc and other person who approached me to take health manttra insurance till date now pick my call

Please help me am struggling regarding this i don't know why our government provide license to this type of company's to fraud people/citizens

I have taken policy by paying rs.6600/- from health manttra in dec '2016.
I have given the documents against the documents of rs.6400/- in jan17 for reimbursement and done many followups against the same but no money received and many. After that i have again given the document of rs.11400/- in oct17 and done many follow ups against the same but no reimbursement received.

I request to all delhi ncr members/customers of health manttra to take an action in group against this fraud company.

I am neeta bindal age 56 year, i was purchased plan from the health manttra in dec-16 with my husband name mr. V p bindal age 58 years & pay rs. 6600 to them, further they enrolment 31.12.16 and dispatch documents 13.01.2017 by courier. Invoice no. Hm120607. After 2-3 month my husband admitted in hospital, sahibabad due to low sugar (35-40). I was tried many times to contact the company but no one pick our phone. After so many try from different numbers someone pick our phone from health manttra but not provided any support and also demanding another rs. 4500/- for registration in sbi insurance policy. At that time we pay all amount to hospital and also pay 4500/- to health manttra for again registration in sbi insurance and send form to them by courier. Further they confirm that they will refund my expenses which i paid in hospital and also provide cashless card. After 10 days we send all documents to company but till dated we have not received any refund. Please help us.

I, sandeep upadhyay, received a call from health manttra for the cashless medical treatment. As per them, entire opd, ipd, and medical expenses up to rs 300000 will be reimbursed within 48 to 72 hours if i become the member of them by paying them rs 9990 for one year. Sir, based on their commitments, i joined them on 4/08/2017 by paying the required amount (Inv. No. Hmps 95622547 kkjk). Now, i have sent them some of the medical bills on 9.08.2017 and 2.09.2017 of total value rs 4734 for the reimbursement but unfortunately there is no response. As per their commitments they said that they would be providing me a health insurance of rs 300000 from sbi and for that i filled up a form also but now it seems that the things were false. Kindly catch hold and punish them and help me in getting justice.

Please refer my previous complaints. Today ie on 11.09.2017 i had discussions with health mantra executive. When i asked for refund against my medical claim, he asked me my card number, expiry date and cvv number. When i said, "don't try to cheat me" then he replied, " you are very smart, your refund can not be done. His contact number is [protected].

P solutions naam ka office jo new delhi, tilak nagar me hai. Uska real naam pramjeet singh hai or rana digvijay or ek ladki nisha call uthati hai usne mujhe bataya ke apka 2 saal emi ka rahenga 400 emi ka jayenga 3 lakh ki 5 people ki policy rahengi phir paytm duara usne ek link share kiya 9990 rs mere bank se delete hugaya jb mujhe shak huwa tu mene review cheak ki to bahut badd reviews the phir mene sab se contact ki sab ka bad impression tha.
Jab aaj mene usse contact ki start me ladki phone othayi or boli ke kuldip 12 baje aata h phir mene 12.15 ko saamne se usko call krke boli or sab batayi or peasa returns krne boli to mana krdiya bolta h 5 din ke baad process hunga jb uski asliyat mere saamne aagayi to me 5 din kyu wait karo... Me & my friend got cheated by health mantra by investing inr 12500 & 15000 each.
Want to lodge complaint and want refund if my hard earned money. Please advise how to do this. Already 5 month has been gone and today all phone no, email id are deactivated. Please advise if any contact detail i can get.
I am in very vicious situation.
Please help me out.. Pls.

My complaint is the same as others, they force their product on you by calling you n no of times when money is paid there is no response.
After shouting they sent me the receipt only and nothing else.
I have not got my cards nor membership nos.
Mr sanjay spoke to me and assured everything his landline no is

Kindly take strict action, i am also lodgin a complaint to the health ministry by email as well as personally as i know people at that level.

They forced us to buy their diamond plan by pressuring so much and by showing all colors. All the nice talking was only till the payment was done. Once the payment was done there were no responses at all. All rude conversations from the staff/callers. Every time they have new reasons and rules for you to understand. One you have paid them it's like a web and you hardly get any facilities nor your money back. Their trick is to get money from you and don't respond to your calls nor emails (All non working/fake email id's) for so long. And then say the refund period is completed.
All the health check up's or the vouchers all are eye washing techniques and they are of no use at all.

Beware with panakaj and paramjeet who change their statements every now and then and suddenly make the callers say they are not in the country.

Stay away people

I bought a diamond plan from health manttra based at janak puri delhi also work as sars insurance but realise that it is a fraud company as all their telephone or email are unanswered I mailed them to cancel the plan which they are not ready to accumudate.
After approching through pay u money I got a call from health manttra which true caller is showing as sars insurance he confirmed me that half of the products committed are despatched...
