These people are defrauders. It has been 1.5 months since me and my 2 friends moved out of the PG, but they only refunded Rs.519/-, claiming that the rest of your security deposit amount has been adjusted within our system for the remainder of your stay, despite the fact that we have been out of the PG for 1.5 months. When we called their customer service, they said they would not refund the remaining Rs.16, 481/-. However, their official app, through which we booked, shows that there is no payment due on our end. They keep closing our issue tickets without addressing the problem.

We were specifically at HelloWorld Aria, 87, Lenin Sarani Road, Taltala, Kolkata, West Bengal.

I moved in HelloWorld Axis in Kolkata its a co-living flat where they showed various facilities and it was quite acceptable to pay for those, but within one to two month all the facilities even the balcony and rooftop was taken over by someone and I wasn't allowed to do anything and was paying a lot of money just for a bed, my personal things were also stolen, I reported too but no response and added the ill behavior of property manager . so I decided to move out and now I also mentioned my issue to one of the executives of Hello World and they promised to return security money but after 45 days still they haven't and now they say it can't be returned. My only request was that just refund me my security deposit because they wont be returning my stolen items for sure.

While I moved in Sep'20 they told the rent would be 9k for a private room including electricity bill up to 500 and water charges of 200. Same was mentioned into the rental agreement. On 1st they generate a rent invoice which is to be paid till 5th or there will be late fee charged 100 per day. On 5th they generate a separate invoice for utility bills which they call it for electricity and water usage in which they charge for common amenities like hot water, kitchen and common areas usage and it comes to be around 3k. The have not given any clarification over it and did not say anything when new tenant moves in so there's nothing in written about these charges. Basically its their wish they can charge any amount and no proper customer support is there regarding it. If someone doesn't pays this unnecessary amount they are deducting from the deposit.
Also there services are worst mostly no drinking water is there, hot water doesn't comes, plus no water in washroom. Please help me to get my money back from this fraud company.
