Security Deposit - Not Refunded/Unexplained charges

I booked a stay for a
Month starting on 20th July 2021 at HelloWorld 18th Main Bangalore. During the time of enquiry I had informed the sales representative that I need the accomodation for just a month and I will be exiting on 20th August 2021 and would I be charged for the whole month? He explained to me that the charges are on pro rata basis and all I needed to do was inform before 5th of August.

Unethical Payment being forcefully demanded by Hello World Coliving
