I booked a room yesterday at Colive 1214 Hayward, Marathahalli, Bangalore and paid a pre-booking amount of ?6000. At the time of booking, the Colive team informed me that the remaining rent amount and security deposit could be paid during check-in at the property.

However, after the booking was completed and payment was made, they are now asking for another additional deposit/payment before check-in, which was never informed...

Was Mentioned the rent for Bengaluru BTM property was 17, 500/- Paid advance 3000 + 20919. But in the app it was showing rent 21, 500/- followed up for more than a week and no proper response. Tech issue, raise ticket and various excuse. Now phone is not answered, Whatsapp no response. Contact Center number - Always says to wait. No way to get the refund now. Looks like major fraud here....

Complaint regarding the wrong outstanding deposit amount being shown in my dues

Threat on legal proceeding even after not moved in to colive

Unusual Charges

I completed my lock-in period of 3 months which included a month's notice( this is what i have been told) but i have been charged a lockin period.

I was a tenant at a Colive property and vacated the room on 31st January 2025 after completing all necessary formalities. I redeemed my security deposit through the Colive app on 18th February 2025, but even after a significant delay, I have not received my refund.

Despite repeated follow-ups via customer care, raising multiple tickets, and making several calls, I have received no resolution or clear response. Customer support is extremely difficult to reach, and whenever I do get in touch, I am told, "we are checking with the team, " but no further action is taken.

Adding to my concern, a friend of mine who vacated on the same date from the same property has already received his refund directly into his bank account. In contrast, I have been told to wait for a cheque, without any explanation or timeline.

This delay and lack of communication from Colive has caused me mental stress, inconvenience, and financial hardship. Furthermore, I emailed all relevant details and proof to Colive’s grievance officer, but have not received any response to date.
Colive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
