Hitachi Vantara has conducted 2 technical interview rounds for the Pune location in June 2022. They have requested a set of documents to release the offer letter. I shared the documents on June 21. After that, they had taken HR round on 27 June 2022 in that they offered me CTC and tell joining date of 27 July but from that day I haven't received any written confirmation from Hitachi Vantara. Even the recruitment firm Tactica Business Solutions which served as a mediator during this process is not responding to emails and calls. I wonder why they collected documents if they were not willing to release the offer.

Hitachi Vantara has conducted interview for a role for hyderabad location in April 2021. After clearing all rounds, they have requested for a set of documents to release offer letter. I have shared the documents on April 15. After that no one has been responding from their side. Even the recruitment firm WhiteCrow consultancy which served as a mediator during this process is not responding to emails. I wonder why they collected documents if they were not willing to release offer.

Hitachi provided an offer to the candidate in the morning and he took time to accept the same. HR team called him in the afternoon and he was not aware of this due to some situations

HR team member sent a mail to the candidate mentioning the below:
"We have been trying to reach you for the past 5 hours and you have not responded. Your profile will be uploaded on the blacklisting portal if there is no response before EOD"

This type of behavior is not expected from a reputed company. Company didn't understand the situation of candidate and sends messages by blackmail a candidate in the name of Blacklisting which is inappropriate.

Hence i am raising this complaint against unethical behavior of the company
