Hi .for paying advance amount they terrible forced me to pay the advance amount, afterwards they are not giving any updates, I have to take updates from them by calling so many times, even though there is no work is going forward, they just say I am on leave, staff is on the leave, etc reasons. And their working process is not like by me, so I am asking to give back advance amount for that also I have call so many times, there is no reply from them, not receiving my call, they said to pay back or to purchase any material from that amount, but now there are not responding to msgs and calls.

Dear Sir,
We had done booking in name of Bindu Rajeshkumar Shah, Dt:-2/10/2023 with homelane at total of 8lac for homelane and 3lac for the civilwork as suggested by designer.
The civil vendor visited after 3-4 days of the booking. The civil vendor visited our site alone and the designer didn't visit the site with vendor for the finalisation of the scope of work and the total amount and the vendor started the work without informing anyone at a total cost of 5, 50, 000/-.The designer didn't even had a word with the vendor and we tried to contact the designer during the civil work for the selection of the tiles, colour and many other things.There was no proper response from the homelane team.Hence forth we request you to initiate our refund as our total budget was finalised for 11lac(including homelane and external civil work) and now it is exceeding to 14lac.Also i am going to get married so don't have enough time and i want my house to ready by January 20, 2024.
Kindly initiate my refund of 40, 000/- by EOD.

Important note:
Designer had just shared the contact number of civil vendor and had asked us to coordinate with him and didn't interfere any where.

I had made a booking for getting my interiors done for my flat at Noida. The estimated value was around Rs 7 lacs. I was given a discount of 30% on the value. While the design was going on I realized that they do not have any design options and are basically box manufacturers. I wanted to opt out and to maintain decency I said that I got an assignment in another city, therefore I asked for a refund for the Rs 38, 000 paid as advance
