We had placed online purchase of subject item to home store 365 as per their online ad. Thru' cod payment basis costing rs. 2000/-, the product sent to me was of lower model as k608, & there was no manual even inside the box in which they had sent. We had sent them email requesting them to replace the product with correct one which we ordered. There is no response till now. Product was recd on 16/11/2019 & email was sent to them for replacement...

Sir i have ordered about sweet slim belt in mob. No.[protected]
But i have received fraud product including comb and etc.

I have complaint on this mobile number many time but no one pick up
My mobile number so what i do kindly consider the same
And remit my genuine product otherwise i will complaint about this
