Fake possession dates to customers different dates in rera website.

Too much fake & over promise of the marketing worldwide throughout sales,

Hyped super-built-up space, missing 30-40% in actual once measured at the site.

Loan scams with approved money institutes.

Threats by developer & its high knock, very unhealthy costumier support & worst company governance.

I had bought 2bhk in dec 2017 with an in agreement flat possession of october 2018+ 6 months buffer for handover just in case of delay.

These delays and pretend guarantees are continued from past 1 yrs currently that isn't ending followed by conferences and no progress in work.

Can never advocate anyone for this projects and please do scan reviews.

Construction is extremely slow and had stopped for months. And that they have their golden rule to continually adhere to timelines and commitments. 6. Don't understand the value of your time (I. E. Nobody is out there on the committed time had to attend for hours for my registration twice!!)

That they had place up massive banners"fastest construction, early possession"etc. However i don't see any signs of early possession as it's jul19 currently and as per agreement possession ought to be by december 2019. I even have been following up since june 2019 and that i get identical reply sir we tend to expect to finish by next month. The project opposite to that that has started construction in sep2019 is almost complete.

Client service is non-existent. Before booking everybody was desperate to show us around. Once booking they don't care. If you would like to do a visit they'll purpose you within the direction and provides your helmets. Nobody can accompany you or guide you regarding what's the standing of the project. Wherever is your flat placed what quantity it's complete etc. They're no tuned in to your queries and are additional interested in new customers.
