Fake possession dates to customers different dates in rera website.

Too much fake & over promise of the marketing worldwide throughout sales,

Hyped super-built-up space, missing 30-40% in actual once measured at the site.

Loan scams with approved money institutes.

Threats by developer & its high knock, very unhealthy costumier support & worst company governance....

I had bought 2bhk in dec 2017 with an in agreement flat possession of october 2018+ 6 months buffer for handover just in case of delay.

These delays and pretend guarantees are continued from past 1 yrs currently that isn't ending followed by conferences and no progress in work.

Can never advocate anyone for this projects and please do scan reviews.

"when i booked in aug2018 i used to be secure an early possession by january 2019. That they had place up massive banners"fastest construction, early possession"etc. However i don't see any signs of early possession as it's jul19 currently and as per agreement possession ought to be by december 2019.
