I am leaving in A-571 avas vikash meerut road hapur from last 20years, I found that there is no responsibility of any department to make the park developed, some people using these park for personal use, some people just make the front park area for many plant saying like this is our area no body can use it . In summer we are facing mosquito problem, I want to know who is responsible for dengue or malaria or other problem,
