HUL/ Close Up Toothpaste Complaints & Reviews

After using close up toothpaste our teeth sensitivity problem has started to entire family members.

As usual like others we buy toothpaste but after using close up such problems arise than who is responsible for such unusual event.

To alert others I am raising this flag to stop the threats after using close up right after that I switched to normal toothpaste which comes in white colour.

I am reporting close up which comes in red shine colour.

Dear sir your advertisement team has put your advertisement on my house wall.which waisted my house front wall paint. Please rectify this otherwise I'll take legal action on it.

I used this product couple of time in past. The kind of taste and freshness after using this paste i know very well. But this time i felt no taste and freshness this time. There may be problem of batch or may be this is duplicate one. I purchased this product on 23rd march 2020 from local vendor near to our society.

The sealed box of close up I purchased promised a sum of Rs 20 talk time.After entering the 10 digit code which I found inside the box, I was told that the code was already used and to buy another pack of close up for talk time up to Rs 30.

According to me the given company should stop making false promises to its consumers for their own benefits.

I am Ved and i am using your closeup since 5 year but now i am not happy. When today i am going for bruss see what happen in picture . And now i am going to stop your all product with my friends, family . Same on you...

Your company is given 150 gm top free recharge is ford . That is not right and rechargeable .Your company is cheating the peoples . plzzzzzzzzzzzz kindly stop the ford and cheating the recharge. or not your comany is facing problems . thank u regards your costumer srinu

Purchased Close-Up Diamond Attraction but product is not as per description they are claiming white teeths in 1 brush but I am using it for around 1 month and I don't get any positive result even it harms to my teeth... And when I call Customer Care they are talking to me rudely not in professional language. My Ref No.(Given by customer care)-[protected]

I purchased this Close Up tooth Paste from a store called Apna Ghar Stores in Mulund West, Mumbai. The packing of the toothpaste is exactly identical to the original one, however the font size and finish of the wrapper of the tooth-paste clearly suggests that this is not original.

I contacted the Toll free number o[censored]nilever however the ccr said that if the mark of "U" is there on the product then it is original, what is failed to understand that this can be duplicate product with the brand "U" copied as well. I find no other way to verify if this is a original tooth-paste.

I went to this store I purchased the product from and he gave me the address of the CNF stockist of Mumbai city. M/s Thakkar Trading Company.

I have not used the toothpaste and still have it afresh new. Please lodge my complaint.
