Today in the morning at 11.15 I received a call from [protected] after that my caller tune activated and a sum of Rs.45/- deducted from my account I am surprise to see that I don’t want any caller tune to be activate on my mobile in spite of that unnecessary it is activated and the amount deducted.

Now I deactivated the caller tune and request you to please refund my amount.

I am your (HUTCH) Post paid Customers from 6 years . I am [censored]ing net work problem since fron bigging. I have given complent somaney times .

I have purchased hutch life time prepaid connection ([protected]).
now i found that the sim is deactivated without any reason.
on approach to customer care center, they told that the sim was deactivated because, its validity is expired and the same number has been given to another customer.
Upon that I dialled the same number and found that the number given to another customer is not in use.
How is this possible.br...

Dear Sir,

i have converted my prepaid no into post paid no on 24th October 2006.

the plan they have offered me was 1500 sms per month till 1 year.

But i got only 500 sms for 3 months and no reply on these complaints.

Now it is more then 1 year and i had a loss on more then 5 lacks rupees along with mental harrasment.
