Dear sir,

I have took work with i net solutions last year and completed work. They told i am not achieved target, so need to pay 10, 000 as utility charges and i paid charges and got noc.

Two months back again i received mail from legal department of i net solution and asked me to pay for 11 month agreement fees, i told them already paid, now they are saying if you are not paid fees we will file the case in delhi court.
Yesterday again they called and asked me to pay immediately money of 16000 to close the agreement, i borrowed and paid the money, now they are asking again need to pay rs.9500 to signature cancellation charges, if i am not paid then i need to appear to court and pay the charges or face the consequences.

How to deal the case, the mail id i received is "[protected]@gmail.com".

Now i am totally sick and unable to do any work, due to this mental torture, so to whom i need to approach take action against the legal team (They are real advocates / duplicate).

In january 2019 l have taken data entry work from this company. But l was unable to complete the work on time so asked for extension of time. For which they charged me rs 7800. After that in given extended time l submitted my work but they rejected it on the ground that l was unable to achieve the accuracy and terminated my i'd. Now yesterday l got a mail via their advocate mail id for payment of rs 25500 as case has been reopened under section 74 and 75. If l don't pay this amount they will take a legal action against me.
Sir l am a student who is not earning how will l pay such a big amount to them. Please help l am really scared of their mail. How can they ask for payment of such amount.
If you require any documents then please let me know l will provide related to this issue

I have search from quicker for part time job and i connect ot i net solution, i complete my project and submit in time after some days email comes that you are not archive the accuracy and pay the charges otherwise they go through legal cell and i was scare and paid the amount for not having any report but after 2 month they again call and ask for paid of rs remain amount for legal notice rs 125000 any one who can help me for resolve this problem

I have taken the data entry work but login stopped to do the work after two days. Trying help line nos which are always busy then i sent the mail to helpdesk and called to executive who introduce me about work. But i didn't get any response from other side.
After wasting my 3 days i surrendered to do the work in given time line.
Nobody given me the response after this mail.
Now i got a legal notice from advocate dilip jain. They are demanding money rs 12509. After that i have been paid the huge amount of money on two or three days they have no response. Few day's later i have a mail from noc department. That was a clearance latter. But after few days are starting again harassing me and blackmailing and demanding money from me. Please help me and solve my problems.

I have signed a degital agreement and asked to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days, upto my knowledge i used to count no. Of captchas i have completed each day and for the final day i have done more than 10000 captchas but after 2 days i got a mail to pay 5000 which i paid and later i got a mail to pay 13500 to cancel the agreement and to get noc and i did it took. Totally i have paid 23500 and they sent me noc through mail and after a few weeks they called me again asking me to pay another 23500 to clear everything. What should i do now? How many should i pay for getting noc from same company and please suggest me a way to get out of this, i feel so much regret for joining into this kind of jobs and for a few minutes i thought of leaving this earth... Kindly respond please... As a student i have no other option to do.. I dreamt about buying mobile for my dad and instead of that i paid money to company asking money from my dad

I have searching the job at google chrome i got a whtsapp message that online based part time job 150 pages per page 190 tenure 15days and also they didn't took my bank details to transfer amount to make payment what i'll earn
So that i decided that i can earn extra income bcuz of my family issue and i transferred 200/- to patym account and they got me a work load through mail and i have started work even i don't have laptop to make job i have borrowed the laptop with my friends and have started actually i asked sample page before starting the work they got me a sample page that contains 8-9 lines and wn i got work load in that more than 15 lines are thr i have tried and tried i can't complete that 15 days over i didn't submitted my work i got legal messages and calls i didn't responsed them lets c what going to happen no companies will take amount from customers bcuz we r working to solve our issues in that they r asking us to make bulk payment this is 100% fraud they r all tellicallers and joining the word called advocate with thr names fraud company

I got a message from i net solutions regarding data entry job, work from home. They said it is a free joining process. By continuously sending me messages for joining. After join they took all my details like aadhaar, signature n self welling video for agreement. At the time of getting the task they charged me 300₹ has a fees. The remaining 9700₹ ll be deducted from my salary. I don't know what kind of this fees i need to pay. But i paid 300₹ by online.
Later on getting the task they given time to complete by 15 days. The task which is given is completely spelling mistakes and horrible to type.
After 10 days i got a call from unknown no. And asking that do you need help for data entry typing? It's really amazed that, how these fellow knew that i doing data entry.
And before completing my task, i got calls from advocate yeshvant desai... Threatening that task should be completed on time otherwise you ll be in trouble.
Incase of any doubts b/w the work, there is no person for help or helpline to contact them. Only one number available that can be only receiving calls and chatting and it's not getting call from our end.
But i unable to complete the task on time, so i asked a permission to extend for complete the task. But they are making charges of rupees 7200 for extension fees.
This is ridiculous that why i should pay the money for extension.
Now i'm getting threaten calls from advocate and from i net solutions using very un parliamentary words on phone call. Say that they ll put a case on me (I. E section 420&406). This was shocked that i not done any fraud.
I net solutions is not a registered company and there is not available in google to visit and know about the company. This company is fake and people are getting fraud by them by paying money.
They make digital certificates from our id & signature, after certain time they are making trouble.
Now i'm worried about my personal id and video which i sent them. Now it ll be use for any kind of fraud things. I'll be in trouble. Few days before they asking 9700 now they asking 13000... It's very horrible for me.
Seriously action should be take on i net solutions.

When i asked them about their enrollment number, designation and state where thry are registered
They changed the topic and didn't answered
I asked the same continuously and they started shouting and than they said come with your lawyer
I didnt found this company's website
First time they said
They are working for international company but than they said
"this is a sole proprietor company and we cant provide you website and address or any proof. Kindly look in to the same from your side."
I didnt found any official documents, logo, or proof of genuineness
First they said you didn't completed your work
So i paid a panelty of 10550 rs. But now they are saying pay 50000 rs. For not working for company and they threatening me for filing a case under section 73, 74, 75 and than 402
But i didnt said to quit
They are not responding of my emails
They didnt activated my account and now they are caling me, messaging me and sending me emails continuously
I m very depressed, i m student and cant give the time to this [censored]

I request to please resolve my issue
I found some complaints regarging this same company on consumercomplaints.in
So i get some relaxation and hope that if they are fraud

They sent me a message 2 months ago for sending hard copy notice
But no notice came at my home, after 2 months they are calling me to come in maharashtra latur court to sign a papers in next 2 days
How can i suppose to reach maharashtra in 2 days from north delhi during the exams and studies
They are spoiling my studies and life.
Also there is no stamp on bond paper
They are using same papers for all users

I got emails and messages by a person that is saying that i net solution company has issued a legal notice to my address. They're threatening me to send emails, calls, messages to pay money. I've read many complaints against i net company provides data entry work and after than they're demanding money. Few days ago a person called me to pay money. Plz solve this problem.

I am starting data entry work from this company. First i registered 300 ruppeess for this company. They want me registration charges. Then after they have signed up for their agreement. I started my work 2019 but their agreement is 2018. Their agreement is if i will not completed this job as per their date so they have taken a legal action or if my work is below 90%accuracy so i have to paid 10, 700 ruppeess. Now today at morning to start they called me and harrassing me to paid them money 15, 550. First of all this is not company this is a service agency provider. I request maharashtra police station please arrest them. Close their agency. They are calling different phone number [protected] this number is the person is suraj patel he is showing, he is a lawyer, but i don't know who is he? This person is threatening to me from today morning
[protected] this number is from this franchisee phone number. The franchisee name is naresh patel. He is taking 300 ruppeess regarding through bank account money. [protected] this was the customer care number. When i am starting my work from if i have a dought i called them but they are not help me also my computer have some problem that time i called them and they said to me if you need extension so you need to pay for this each everything they wanted to me paying money. I really police of maharashtra latur state please arrest them

1st they asked me to pay 300. And given me an agreement. If i complete the work they will give me 28k...in which they told they'll take 10000 for registration. But i failed to get 90% accuracy.. So they asked me to pay 18k which they gave me only one hour to pay.. Other wise theyll forward a case. I paid they money. After which they asked me to pay 15k to clear noc. That also i paid they gave only 2 hrs to pay that money.
After that they called and said we can't give you noc you need to pay 25k.

They are threatening me by calls. Blackmailing me in name of case.
I don't know what to do.

I was searching for some reason online jobs and posted my resume at some job sites. One day a company i net solutions called me and asked me to pay rs.300 as registration fee and that i will be provided with a workload of 150 pages which had to be completed in 15 days and accuracy to be achieved is 90%. They sent me an agreement and asked for id proofs and gave me some user id and password but it never worked. Then i did all the work and when i submitted they said you didn't achieve the accuracy of 90% so you have to pay a penalty of rs.10000. Even when i said i am a student and you should atleast pay for the work i have done, they said it's not the company's fault. Now they are demanding for rs.1000 before tomorrow afternoon.
I worked for this job since i can't afford money but they are doing this. Please kindly help me.

I got a call from a person called mahi sharma ([protected]) she said 150 pages within 15 days per page rs.190. Your salary will be 28500. First i paid 300 as registration fee to one person account. They took adhar card photo, video verification and digital agreement. Then i completed 150 pages and submitted then i got a mail your i'd got terminated because of spelling mistakes. Pay penalty 10000. Later after 2 days i got a call from advocate association ([protected]) and mail to 15000 and continously messages and they are telling it will be legally action taken in latur court. I am mentally harassed because of this people. They are telling i will take legal action. They sent a legal notice to pay 15000 but i got the same agreement but address and name of company is different instead of sphere solutions, surat gujarat.. They made agreement i net solution. The company name i net solution they took 300rs as a regestration fees. Company which is fuard company asking me to pay 10, 000rs they hav to pay me 18000 bt they had said that company will take 10, 000 from ur salary as a maintenance charge it was k. Bt after i completed my work i hav checked my work of 150pages n submitted the date which was jan11 before 12am i had submitted my work on time. Bt after submissions they are telling that qc had rejected ur work. And id is terminated and after that. I had called to company helpline number and they said that u hav nt got ur accuracy of 90% so u need to pay the penalty amount of 10, 000. A lawyer name. Raj sharma called me and asking that i[censored] did nt pay y will pay a huge amout of money. And after i googled about the company i told them ur company is a fraud company and they are telling that u did nt done your accurate so u are blaming on us they said this way. N i also have certain proof of that company. The payment which i had done on paytm of 300rs i have a details of that number the i then googled it. N saw that number is already having a many cases on that. N the number which i gt registered that client name was miniksha patil. After that i asked a company details they told that we cannot tell it verbally so mail us. We ll give that. And they as i had already told that ur company is fraud. They told that we cannot give because it is a solo property company. K but after that they are telling that ur case is with legal team.. Then lawyer i talked him and asked him a information of his and from how many yers ur working from. If that company was so legal they would tell me. Bt they did nt tell. And after that again i called to that lawyer and nw he was telling that i am his assistance speaking. How the advocate can do this. And one more thing that my penalty was 10000 and he told that urs is 12000. And again he told that k come lets see i will also send a legal notice so that u need to pay a amout of 1lak 20000. Then i seriously got angry. And i had also enquired it to my nearest lawyer and showed him the documents and he told me that those all are fake documents. After this happend i haven seen a many proof and saw a youtube there are so many cases on a data entry fraud job. A legal company will never ask a money before joining and all. It was my mistake i did not google it before i had signed the agreement so plzz guys dnt fall in such a trap.

From 20 day ago i am finding some online data entry work, then i found company is net solution then an executive of company contact me on whatsapp, then we do conversation regarding to work and so fake agreement, i give 400rs for registration fees, then this company found fraud and illegal on internet, later i not accept work, now after 20 days advocate call me to pay 10000 and harassing me, please help me

I have surching a part time job for extra earning.so I have such in indeed.com. next day I net company persons have call me for capthe work. Company gives advertisement in Quikr and trapped many innocent Indian people. They give 150 pages of input data for offline data typing and we have to finished the typing job within 15 days.
After 15 days of hard work they will reply that our work is not passed with QC checks even if we submit 100 % correct data with 100% correct formatting.
They never pay to user and doing their work by taking registration fees of rs 300.
After 15 days, they forced us to make payment of rs 8000 as penalty by saying our work was wrong.
'I net solution' previously named 'GS enterprise' (against which more than 100 complaints in this website) will come into new name in the market after so their target earning by trapping innocent.
They never have any website. They use same agreement paper for all.
Confirmed fraud company as Bank branch is in Gujarat and office is in Maharashtra.
