I received a call from ms. Asha from icarrer consultants regarding job opening in australia for IT Manager and Project Manager IT positions. On the call they told me that they charge rs 2000/- for technical evaluation whether the candidates will be eligible for score above the minimum criteria. If that will be through then they will ask for documents to get it verified from 3rd party and will conducts interview for the country profile related jobs. They confirmed no other additional amount will be charged to the candidates and icarrer consultant benefit is that they will receive the amount from the employer when a candidate is selected.
Once i have transferred the amount to their registered bank account, they called me up saying that i have to pay 30 percent for the work visa which will be around rs 50000/- part payment and 1, 50, 000/- after getting places for australia location for a agreement with them and after that they can initiate the process of arranging interviews.
After making payment they told they will arranged the interviews but till date there is no interview yet schedule. After couple of month i know they are not going to arranged any interview and then i ask for refund the amount which i did in8th Nov 2016 but till date i have not received my payment and there is no further communication from there end as well.
I am in very bad situation and i need this money back ASAP. So humble request to take corrective action on this agency and refund the amount ASAP.

The compnay icareer who operates with the partnership of nb intrenational from gujarat has made false promises and cheated by taking 75000 inr. They have not done any process further. If asked for money, they said they have gone bankruptcy.

process not followed and not refunding the amount paid for the services

Dear sir/madam,
I am hereby writing a complaint against one of the recruitment consultancy, this consultancy wasted mine time and money both from last 10 months and really giving ridiculous excuses. The consultancy name "icareer consultants private limited" and the name of the consultant is "asha" from the documentation department with whom i was interacting. They are just giving excuses that the norms in the visa has been change, sometimes companies are not ready to sponsor visa etc. This consultancy have very unethical way to work and whenever i ask for the interview schedules they give some ridiculous reasons. They have already looted my rs 94000 & above and let me in the middle.
Now when i am asking for the refund as they have not fulfilled the process they are saying they will not refund the entire money and also it will take 90 days. This is very senseless when someone has not fulfilled the agreement and still not refund the amount and giving a tat for refund.
I request here in the consumer forum to please help us me to get my refund at the earliest and take action against such fraudster.

I have received one email and call from i icareer private ltd, one mr. Manish and gaurav. He gave me one offer letter and one month visit visa and after they collect my money arround 90000. And they told me since 6 months ago your offer cancelled and all. Still they are not refund my amount some body help me to collect my amount. These guys manish and gaurav really fraud business are doing untill now

Can somebody please help us out here form this fraud consultancy. They have not followed the process and when we are asking back our money, they are saying they will only refund partial amount as we have an agreement with them, but my concern here is, if you have not followed the process how can your refund the partial amount only.

I would like to inform everyone that ICAREER works properly if in case work is not processed then as per the agreeement we refund the amount it is in the case of job assitance and Permanent residency.
Before taking any amount we Signed the agreement which is DELHI HIGH Court which shows our authenticity.

I would like to bring into your notice that Icareer is totally a fraud company, and the people working over here has only one motive to loot people like us who despite having the necessary qualifications, will not be able to get the PR to the desired Country if applied through Icareer. They are totally incompetent and unprofessional.
They have taken over 2 lakhs Rupees from me for Canada PR on July 2016 and its over 2 years they have not done anything. I have a very good result in IELTS (over all 7.5) and have all the required docs submitted. Not only that a person called Gautam, who is now dealing with the refund for me - always gives me false commitment to refund the money every next week. This way they not only wasted 2 precious years, but also jeopardised my aspiration for Canada PR, despite being eligible to have it way back. They have a nexus with another Company called NB Group, and Nikhil who works in the company handles the filing part. He is another callous and stupid guy, who does not have any idea of the process, does not even knows when the different Provinces are opening for PNPs - and I had to pay the price for their incompetencies. Relying on this worthless guys has cost me heavily.

Now when I am asking for refunding the amount, they denied refunding it, stating that though they had collected an amount of 10920, for Saskatchewan, but actually they have paid it to NB Group, which is a third party that handles filing the Visas and all. This is cheating in day light.

Did you check their website it looks fake? Check another consultant website they will share you all the success candidate details. They will never share any members details because they have never process anyone. If you want a refund then go to the police. Don't waste your time here.
