Sir, My husband had a lic jeevan suraksha policy and expired on Aug 20 and in September 20 I have submitted all claim documents to lic mirza branch assam. But sir 10 months gone till today I didn't get any claim amt. From lic.

Sir i deposit My ((MATURITY D.V., , CANCEL CHEQUE, , KYC, , & pOLICY BOND)) ON 10/06/2021..Till date i do not get any maturity amount. Several time i go to CBO - 5 Branch for my maturity amount. But branch manager told me that he is unable to pay may maturiy amount due to technical fault

Sir, I am Tapan Majumdar, mistakenly I surrender policy again change of loan.

On the date 22/07/21 I Ramni sahu came to Bhawanipatna branch 509, for applying loan due to my medical case..so that I applied for loan on the policy no.[protected] but I got harasses from AOPS Bhawanipatna branch .sir I already given them all my accessories document with proper correctness, but they did argument even I am a ladies, they also said who are you and..sat on my chair ..with propoer loud voice.sir, we believed on your corporation with zero hating ..but we faced this type of problem..then what can I do, if I facing this type of problem as a ladies...I obviously close all my accounts. Please sir..take action to them with proper inquiry . Thanking you.

As discussed with the branch staff and NK Meena Ji, my above mentioned policy has matured and had requested to transfer the proceeds to my bank account. Had also sent all the original papers and indemnity bond( towards loss of policy bond). Was earlier in Jaipur with OBC bank Limited now settled in Chandigarh
However amount has not received the amount till date. As informed earlier, donot want to take any pension. The speed post was done on 24th and mail was also sent on 24th Sept alongwith soft copy of all documents sent through speed post . Were confirmed also that the originals were delivered and received in the branch on 27th Sept, 2020. The due date for receipt of option was 28th September, 2021. It has been around 10 months now. Though had sent few days earlier but could have sent earlier but due to Carona virus outbreak my family was not in favour of moving out and purchasing stamp papers, then notarising and then sending of speed post.

My daughter last year got admitted to IIm and we have paid Rs 14.00 hs as her IIM Shillong fees till date and some part has been borrowed by utilising overdraft limit of mine with Bajaj Capital @13% p.a. Still Rs 8 lakhs is due to be paid. Also my son recently took admission in Fraser Valley India( tie up with Fraser Valley University Canada0 and his Rs 6.00 lakhs fees has to be paid by 1st week of august.
What is the point of saving if one is not able to withdraw the funds when one requires. Moreover 28th September, 2020 was the last date of sending the option whereas mail was sent on 27.09.2020 and speed post was also done on the same date, which was received by jaipur branch on 27th September and the same fact was acknowledged by the branch as well.
Why am being penalised for not fault of mine.
Request again, to fully pay my full amount without any deduction and am also not in favour of pension. These times of bureaucratic steps is the reason why people are moving towards private insurance companies and the market share is decreasing. You should have customer friendly policies to restore faith of the people in again making LIC as the no. 1 player in the market.
Hope you will take this feedback and issue in positive way and release my pending dues at the earliest.

Sir, My father had a jeevan suraksha old pension sheme policy in LIC, My father expired on August 2020 and I have submitted all the documents to lic, mirza, assam branch on 16.11.20, Already 9 months passed till date I didn't get any claim from LIC. Please do the needful .

I surrendered my lic policy 3 months ago and still I am not able to get my money. I hope Lic understands what kind of difficult time this is and specially for a person who is surrendering a policy.

Surrendered the above policy No.[protected] on 05.11.2020 (Inward No.1618). Till date payment not received from LIC. Even after surrendering the policy, LIC is deducting the monthly premium till date.

I have informed LIC through email on 17.12.2020.

Orally also reminded many times, but no one is responding.

Workers not on their particular seat upto 1 to 3 pm but they were present. Every body said that they gone for lunch. So please subject me that what is the proper lunch time. And due to this I am unsatisfying with the service of LIC and they ambararesed me. And I had submitted my surrender of one policy and it could not completed after 5 days then I have to come to office for the same .
Passing officer is also not on his seat I am sending pic of his vacant seat with his name displaying on back of his seat

I have take LIC policy no:[protected], plan.no: 165 - 10. This policy matures on 24.03.2023. I have paid total premium Rs.61, 240, but maturity benifit is only Rs. 43, 000. I am shocked, I am aged 66 years and no employment, I keep this policy for my retiring future but this low maturity is not justifiable. Kindly consider my situation and please pay the amount which I have remitted and bonus.

Dear Sir,
WE have an LIC policy in our joint name with Life Insurance Corporation of India [Policy No. S[protected] under plan 117-25. I have paid all my due premiums regularly. But I am not receiving any pension till date. I have brought it to the notice of every concerning officials repeatedly, but nothing has been done from their end. It is really shocking for a senior citizen like me to be cheated and harassed for so long even that from a National Agency. Hope you will look into the matter with sympathetic consideration and oblige me with immediate redressal.

I have sent all the requisitions sought by the Manager (Claims) through Speed Post . Despite this, my claim payment has not yet been made till now and I have been sent again the same requirements to which I have already sent the reply .
My husband was a healthy business man, except now I have no one in the world . Maybe he had bought a policy so that I could get financial benefit on his untimely death.

The original policy document was sent to Mumbai on 10/09/2020 under speedpost number "EM[protected]IN" along with cancelled SBI cheque and discharge form to LIC Salary Saving Scheme of Office in Mumbai. The above speedpost containing my original documents where received in Mumbai on 15/09/2020 as per post office tracker.
Till date I have not received any amount of my matured policy credited to my account. Please do the needful at the earliest.
