I have 3 policies numbered[protected],[protected] and[protected] with lic of india, thuckalay branch. My policies are registered under sss mode. As i have been transferred to syndicate bank, balaramapuram branch 3 years back, my premium deducted from salary has stopped. I have made several communication regarding this to the branch and requested them to transfer my policy to neyyattinkara branch which is nearer to me. However, i manage to keep my policies live by sending cheque every month to thuckalay branch and that too is now hampered by lockdown. My last communication to branch was by registered post in which i had sent an application to transfer my policy from thuckalay branch to neyyattinkara branch and to change my sss pa code to syndicate bank, balaramapuram along with a demand draft numbered 640914 dt.30/05/2020 for rs.2262 towards premium for the above 3 policies for the months of april and may 2020. However i learn that the premium has been adjusted but my request for transfer of policy is not honoured despite me enclosing all relevant proof of my identity and address proof showing current and previous address. A mail in this regard is also sent to bo_74s @licindia.com. But, no response received for the same. Hence i request you to take appropriate steps so as to enable me to keep my policies live and get serviced in a seamless manner.
