With reference to above, I had taken loan on policy the repaid by Cheque No - 637314Date: 04/08/2020 of Rs. 3, 00, 356.00 Unfortunately it got bounce we made online payment of Rs. 2, 02, 975.00 on Date: 10/08/2020 this payment not reflecting on online.
We want to repayment entire amount. Please send us exact amount outstanding.

SUB:- Request for refund of amount which has been defrauded by Shri . K. Ravichandran, (LIC Agency code No.[protected], SattaiyapparMelaVeethi, Nagapattinam, LIC Agent – reg.

(ii) e-mail dated 30.07.2020, 07.08.2020, 13.08.2020 sent in this regard.

1. Please refer to my complaints cited under reference. I have completely explained my real grievances vide my complaints cited under reference. In this regard, some higher authority has referred the email complaints to lower authorities for causing immediate enquiry. But, despite lapsing of more than 2 months, my grievances have not been settled so far. Much mental pressure and depression have taken place in view of non settlement of grievances and non payment of defrauded amount.
2. However, I am again submitting my following grievances for your immediate enquiry and payment of defrauded amount.
(i) I am a bachelor and ageing 53 years (DOB – 15.05.1967). I have been working as GDS branch postmaster in Perunkadambanur branch post office (near sikkal) for the last 19 years .
(ii) Shri . K. Ravichandran, (LIC Agency code No.[protected], SattaiyapparMelaVeethi, Nagapattinam approached me and requested me to open policy. Having faith on his words, I have opened the following particularized LIC policies.

(iii) I have completely given the premium amount for the above all policies to Shri K. Ravichandran on the due date and on receipt of such amount, Shri K. Ravichandran assured to credit the amount in my policies. Having faith on his words and assurance, I have completely given the amount to him since date of opening of above policies and believed that he would credit the amount in my policy.
(iv) Recently, I had a doubt and checked the credit of the premium in the above policies in LIC office, Tiruturaipundi and then I have noticed that the amount of premium of around 5000/-(Around Rs. 4942/-) given to Shri K. Ravichandran for the last ten years has not been credited in the above mentioned (iv) fourth policy. (i.e., Policy No:[protected]
(v) The credit made in the remaining policy seems to be correct.
(vi) I have really shocked, on noticing the non credit of premium amount of Rs. 5000/- in the above fourth policy
(i.e., Policy No:[protected]for the last ten years, by Shri K. Ravichandran. Then, I have contacted him and asked about the non credit and suppression of premium made in the above fourth policy. Thereafter, he immediately rushed to my home along with his wife and paid only the premium amount of Rs. 50, 000/- to me and he has collected one letter in this regard and collected the original bond from me. Further he has obtained a signature in a bond paper in this regard. This incident has happened in the presence of my parents, agent, w/o agent and my brother’s wife. On enquiring the case with these persons, the truth will come out.
(vii) Now, I realized that Shri K. Ravichandran, LIC agent has completely cheated me and committed fraud with modus operandi of non crediting the premium amount of Rs.5000/- in my above fourth policy (i.e., Policy No:[protected] for the last ten years.
(viii) I have given the amount to Shri K. Ravichandran in the presence of the staff working in the Perunkandambanur branch post office and my parents residing in tiruturaipundi. Thus, they have completely witnessed the incident of handing over the yearly premium amount of Rs. Around 5000/-to Shri. K. Ravichandran on every year. On making discreet enquiry, the truth will come out. Thus, it is entirely true that Shri K. Ravichandran has completely cheated me by collecting the total amount of Rs.50, 000/- and non crediting the amount in my above fourth policy. The fraud committed by Shri K. Ravichandran is in serious nature and.
(ix) In view of his fraudulent activity, I have lost the following :-
(a) The insurance coverage made in my name, by opening the above fourth policy for the last 10 years.
(b) Admissible interest amount of Rs.75, 000/-(including the loss for insurance coverage/bonus) for the total amount of Rs. 50, 000/- given to Shri K. Ravichandran during the last ten years.
(x) In view of above, I would request you to take stern action for refund of interest amount of Rs. 75, 000/- (Seventy five thousand) including the loss for insurance coverage/bonus, for the total amount of Rs.50, 000/- which has been cheated by Shri K. Ravichandran for the last 10 years, recovering this amount from him. On enquiring the case with all concerned persons and witnesses, the truth will come out. In view of non payment of such amount and losing of insurance coverage, I have faced much financial hardship. In case, such payment is not made, my lapsed policy may kindly be revived by collecting the amount from the agent concerned and LIC bond may kindly be returned to me duly updated the premium upto the date of this complaint.

maturity/surrender value received in pol no. 116154598 is less than expected
As on maturity date (9th january 2020), my cash option (N. C. O.) value was rs. 301389/- but i received only rs. 202117/- and also 7 pension amount each of rs. 1308/- and one of rs. 1313/- in my account i. E. A total of rs. 212581/-. I paid regularly from 2010 in half-yearly mode rs. 12000/-, which means a total payment of rs. 240000/- was made by me. I request you to kindly manually check the final payment made by you since there is some mistake in calculation. Please reply to me for the same a. S. A. P. I am also registering a complaint against the same to irda and icms.

I have 3 policies numbered[protected],[protected] and[protected] with lic of india, thuckalay branch. My policies are registered under sss mode. As i have been transferred to syndicate bank, balaramapuram branch 3 years back, my premium deducted from salary has stopped. I have made several communication regarding this to the branch and requested them to transfer my policy to neyyattinkara branch which is nearer to me. However, i manage to keep...

LIC refund not received: CRM ID : 3725, BOC : 30267
Dear Sir / Madam,
I invested amount of Rs.152700/- in LIC Jeevan Shanti plan on 01.03.2019. It was informed that the policy got rejected as I am not eligible. Till then neither policy was not issued nor refund received.
I am in follow up with Jalgaon lic branch since then and till now awaiting for response. I request your intervention and refund my money with interest @18℅

Regarding death claim

With utmost regards, I am informing you that, myself Mrs Sanghamitra Routh, is the daughter of Lt Anima Routh. She was the LIC policy holder of account number[protected]. After the sad demise of my mother last september 2018, as a nominee of her, I have submitted all the essential papers and enclosed all necessary documents with that, claiming the due money of that said policy number at LIC North Lakhimpur Branch, Assam. But I am sorry to say that, even after 6 months had gone of my submission, I have not been informed of anything, nor they cleared my Mothers due. Its my sincere request to you, to monitor the whole issue by yourself, and please inform me if I have to do anything else to get the amount. I am sure you will be considerate enough to realise that an early settlement of the claim, will considerably ease the financial pressure on me in this crucial hour. And oblige me thereby..

Respected sir/ madam., i purchase pension scheme from lic... On above policy i taken loan... I paid loan on 19/3/2020... But in system loan still outstanding... Lic deduct loan from my pension... I clear my loan...

With reference to the above my policy got matured on 06/05/2020 (Policy number[protected]. On 11/05/2020 i have submitted all the necessary documents along with bond and neft form. After a span of a week, i have also submitted the option letter as required. As almost 2 months passed over, i have’t received the settlement amount. Being no 1 in the insurance sector, i didn’t expect lic in delaying the settlement.
This action really creates discontent among my children in investing new plans in lic. With due respect, i kindly request you to settle my maturity amount at the earliest as i am in urgent need of funds for my medical grounds

death claim of my son late prakash patnaik against lic policies - 596827577 and 599497420.
Respected sir,
I had appealed before the cocdrc of lic of india central office mumbai with all necessary documents on 22.08.2019 towards settlements of death claim of my son. Although a request had been sent on 02.11.2019 as reminder in this regard.
I am very unfortunate that after 6 months of my appeal i didn't get any response neither from central office nor from divisional office cuttack.
Hence i request you to be kind enough to realise this fact and necessary steps must be taken towards settlements of death claim of my son and let me know the present status of the same death claim and obliged.

not received the maturity amount after more than one year

All documents had been submitted in the office and got the acknowledgment for the same but till now the amount has not been credited into my account
I am manish dhiman, father of kanishk m dhiman. I had also handed over the crossed check for the bank account of my son as he is 18yrs of age. Copy attached.
In spite of so many reminders to the lic branch (11k), i am still waiting for the amount to be credited into my son's bank account

regarding lic death claim of pension plan
My husband late shankar bhagwan meshram purchase annuity plan in 01/04/1990 under pol no.[protected] from ballarpur 99d branch nagpur division. On policy document give amout was rs.119640/-printed and premium had to pay upto 01/03/1999 as per policy bond. From april 2000 my husband getting his pension reguralry. Unfortunately my husbnad died in august 2016. After death of my husbnad i submitted death claim towards lic ballarpur 99d br. That time lic suggested me to accept death claim amount of rs.90315/- alongwith deduction of rs.66/- per month for 16 yrs. As the reason o[censored]npaid premium for last 13 months.
I was very much shocked and surprised for lic's stand. Because the amount printed on pol bond is rs. 119640/- and the pension given on amount rs.108294/- for 16 yrs that means lic has to pay atleast 108294/- as a death claim amount. After 26 yrs of purchase of plan and taking pension for 16 yrs lic denies to pay me claimants right. If lic have any objection regarding premium history they should get corrected during 26 yrs when my husbnad was alive. As for as my rights are concerned lic should pay that amount as a death claim on which pension was given to my husbnad. I am in touch with your local br office since last 3 years and found myself helpless after vigourous folloup, no body was intereseted to give me justice.
I humbly appeal you to give me justice as earliest since i am facing crucial financial problem due to lic's stand. I am not demanding any extra or additional benefits. Demands only as per policy documents as a part of contract with my husband..

I have submitted a health insurance claim [policy no.[protected]] in the month of November. So far there has been no update regarding the claim. The documents were submitted on 15.11.2019 and so far there has been no update . I have not defaulted the premium payment so far.

My Policy SB due is on 28/03/2018 I have not received the SB amount after adjusting loan & loan interest. I have visited and e-mailed to LIC UDUMALPET Br claims Coimbatore office But they didn't response me.Kindly settle the claim the amount.

The mode of premium payment is monthly by nach mode. All connected document submitted at the time policy taken. But the renewal premium not recovered from bank account. I have paid premium by online since not recovered from bank ac. Hence help me to recover renewal premium from my bank account (Nach) as submitted at the time policy taken.

misbehave and day by day by branch manager of lic office in chittaranjan branch (46g)

I have the honour to inform you goodself that i, tina paul, resident of st. No.38, qrs. No.35/a, chittaranjan. My husband late kunal paul had expired on 11.04.2018. He taken two lic policy of sum assured rs.6, 00, 000/-.
Sir, i had gone to lic office chittaranjan branch. So many times for death claim and asked the branch manager to look into the case as it was purely. Operational error but he refused to attend the case and misbehaved with me.
I have submitted all document of lic policy. Still, he not providing me chaque & giving the excuse everytime and misbehaved with me every time.
That sir, i am a widow lady and my mother in law and grand mother in law are also widow. I have my son who study in class-ii. I am maintaining a big family, so it is not possible for me to do so financially in these present days of crisis.
Moreover, i have no other sources of income to receive financial assistance except on lic payment. Will look after my son and others family members in all respect.
Iam sorry to say that but this is very disgusting and painful that the branch manager of lic, the biggest insurance group of india, don't know how to deal with the customers. They misbehaved and harass the customers.
Therefore, i request you to please get this matter resolved on the highest priority and relese the lic payment as soon as possible for my family.

receipt of pension under jeevan nidhi
Jeevan nidhi policy no.[protected] vested on 28.12.2017 intimated by lic vide letter dated 29.04.2017. I have opted for full pension yearly under option 'j' after scrutinizing various offers / options as detailed in aforesaid letter. As stipulated by lic, the pension amount is firm and fixed according the option chosen by me. The pension amount of rs12105/- was shown and offered by lic. However rs 11567/- has been disbursed as pension by lic on 01 jan 2019. Reduction of pension amount is not understood as nothing e. G. Subject to or any condition is mentioned in april 2017 letter issued by lic.
Your early intervention is requested for disbursement of pension as committed by lic in april 2017 letter.
