I have taken one year AMC service in this. I have problem on my washing machine regarding this I gave complaint through phone call. Technician came and collected the board after this they don't respond to us and they are not returning our washing machine board from last 20 days. Every time I use to call but they are not responding properly. Problem not yet solved.

I came across bad experience in Ide Enterprise Korattur — IFB washing machine..

One of the worst service centre in chennai - CHEATER

I have called toll free number[protected] for my IFB top load washing machine service..Call is redirected to IDE enterprise they called themselves as IFB authorised service centre...Technician inspected and said your washing machine pcb board has to be serviced it cost around 3000...They asked 1000 as advance once they completes the work they will get remaining amount I have accepted and given the PCB board for service...I was waiting for 5 days no response from them then I called and asked about the status they said your board is dead..So you have to replace with new board it cost around 7000...Then i decided to go new washing machine...So I requested them to return my balance amount (600) from that they are not picking my call...Tried multiple times no response from them..

I am Swamynathan from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I have 6.5 kg IFB TOP load washing machine.

I would like to report an incident of mis-selling and cheating of one
of duplicate franchise of IFB toll free number for some repair services for my washing machine and
people from IDE Enterprises turned up saying they are authorised franchise.

They inspected the washing machine and said, water valve, board IC have to be replaced. They said that
valve cost Rs 1, 700 and Board service would cost Rs 2800 the total repair charges would come around Rs. 4, 500/-.
They suggested to take AMC package costing Rs 7, 800/- instead of
repairing each part separately as it covers the cost of machine parts
for 2 years and we agreed and transferred the amount.

While returning the board and valves, I found there is no service done on the Board and used valve replaced,
on the same time called IDE technician and asked him what you did on the board, but refused to update the service details on the board
and immediatedly called Manager Kumar reported the situation and explained I'm not interested to continue the AMC,
return my AMC amount 7500 and I will pay the service cost, he agreed, IDE technician given the new bill with
Board service cost 2800 and water valve cost 1700

Unexpectedly I got call from IFB authorized service center for free service, I surprised and explained the situation
then they explained IDE enterprises one of the Cheating company

In addition, I spoke to our known technicians. Later, we found the
following:

1) Market rate of Water valve is Rs 450-600. However, the
technicians from IDE Enterprises had quoted Rs 1, 700

2) AMC charges collected by IDE Enterprises is Rs 7, 500. This is way
too higher than the AMC charges shown in IFB website Rs 2500 (for 2 years).

From the above, it is amply clear that IDE Enterprises intentionally
inflated the prices of spare parts to make me buy the AMC package.
Also, IDE Enterprises collected double the AMC charges quoted on IFB
website.

This tantamount to mis-selling and cheating. When enquired with IFB, they said, IDE enterprises is not their authorised partner.

Request to look into the issue and refund the excess charges collected
from me. I don’t want AMC. Pls charge for the spares and services
correctly and bill me.
