They keep contacting their own advises. Not doing perfect job for IFB washing machine. The service center Elite Enterprise is not doing good job...

I have raised complaint for dishwasher service on February 24th . The technician came and said board needs I be replaced. After 3 weeks he replaced the board and asked me to switch on th machine only after 24 hrs. When I switched it on the same F1 error was shown. Again he visited and said one more board needs to be replaced and raised request. After so many followups he came again and said the board he changed earlier was not the correct one to this model they did it by mistake . Till now issue is not resolved. Meanwhile whenever the ticket is raised the person from elite Enterprises call us and say our complained is followed via email and close th ticket. She also ask me to forward th msg that i receive from ifb without giving feedback. After 2 times I understood that they themselves give feedback and close the ticket. 3rd time I refused to forward the message. Each time I call the service center I get the sam response as we have raised request for parts will get back shortly after checking the status. But they never get back... I need th machine to be repaired ASAP or replace the machine for making us to wait for these many months.

Hi, I am owning a IFB Senorita washing machine 6 years old, machine was running perfectly till 6 months before, i machine started giving some issues, and suddenly stopped working in the month of May 2015, in the month of April 2015, i signed for 2 years AMC, people were running madly behind me to get that payment. during the compalint the guy didnt come on time, he came after two days and behaved wrongly with the ladies at home, they took the drum to somewhere. After they fixed in May 2015, the drum was completely broken within a month, we didnt call the customer care till I return to home. Now last week Sunday I made the request, till tuesday no one came and by Firday the replaced the drum and housing. it was not fully fixed, i was keep on calling, now the technician switched off the mobile phone and the Elite is not answering the phone call. Its been a worst experience with you guys for the past few months. Last week I made a request to fix the water leakage in my washing machine. It took 5 days for your representatives to fix the issue by replacing the drum and housing. The problem was not completely fixed but they said changing the TUB hose will fix the problem. Just after that I used the machine it was leaking and I called the technicial (Elite Enterprises) on Sunday to explain the issue. They said we will come and fix immediately. That time it was just water dripping. Then today morning to check the same, I was tried to wash, machine made a huge noise and water started flooding from the machine. I called the technicial once again in the morning and he said he will be there in 1 hr. Its been 6 hours, he has not coming, he is phone is switched off now, the Elite office phone no one picks the phone call.
