Dear Sir,
I am the owner (Sunil Sahni) of 02nd floor at 14/1 A Tilak Nagar New Delhi-110018. New owner of 03rd floor is making an illegal structure since the building already has a basement and also note that the structure of the building is too weak and cracks are also coming.
Previously, the MCD had demolished the illegal structure on 18th Feb 2011 however, new owner of the 03rd floor has resumed...
