Illegal Dairy In Residential Area Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir this is to inform that we are living in a residential area and one dairy is running due to which here is lots of dirt atmosphere surroundings and also dengue disease is running.these people throw all the dirt in the drains. i have complaint against this many times but every time such people comes from deparetment and go back without taking any action..please take immidiate action agaist this.

This complain is in regard to illegal dairy running on a residential plot in a residential area in Keshav nagar, Lucknow(U.P).
A dairy has been in service for last 15 years on a plot in front of my house no 39, Keshav nagar, near uttam general store, Sitapur road, Lucknow-226020. The family running the dairy are the owner of the said plot/house. They are in possession of 15-20 buffaloes and 8-10 cows which are kept in the backyard of the same house. Piles of cow dung are generated on daily basis n kept in the backyard which has made the neighborhood unliveable, not to mention the flies n mosquitoes density in the area. They also left their cows on the road on daily basis which leads to the much filt on the road. We have made several complains in the past to the authorities but all our efforts are gone in vane. Inspite of the orders been passed by the court to move out all the dairies out of the residential areas many dairies continue to operate and no actions are been taken against them.
Im writing this complain as a last resort, though I dont expect any action will be taken by the LDA or Municipal Corporation.(Please prove me wrong!!!). If not action is taken in time I will have to consider moving out of Lucknow.

I am a resindent of shahdara bholanath nagar extn. Gali no. 11 near idgah. I want to complain about an illegal dairy (chanda ki dairy)
in our locality. In gali no. 11 There are 5 to 6 buffaloes
in the dairy.whole cow/buffalo waste is just drained
away on the road/ sewer lines and whole road get choked with dirt, cow dung and mud.Also
during day time he usually tie his pets on the main road hampering
movements of vehicles and also effect cleanliness of the road. Children also need space to play but due to dairy owner was a Ex.MCD official he always get information of any complaints registered in their name and bribe the inspectors looking for the matter. Also he/she gather community people of his/her caste to manipulate the situation.Kindly look to the matter. Since its really very difficult to live in such a
unhygenic conditions.

A dairy has been in service for last 5 years on house no. 3/27 jankipuram vistar, sitapur road lucknow. The family running the dairy are the owner of the said house.. Piles of cow dung are generated on daily basis n kept on the road which has made the neighborhood unliveable, not to mention the flies n mosquitoes density in the area. So the dengue are in process in this area.
We have made several complains in the past to the authorities but all our efforts are gone in vane. Inspite of the orders been passed by the court to move out all the dairies out of the residential areas many dairies similar to the one on house no. 3/27, jankipuram vistar, lucknow continue to operate and no actions are been taken against them.

Dear Sir,

I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies in our area. Dairy owners get a place to shift there buffalows to commercial dairy area but they stay here. Many Complaints goes to MCD but no response, some persons are coming from MCD takes money from Owners and get back without doing anything. By these dairies locality sewer lines are blocked and very tiedy area near those dairies.

Subject: Artificial milk and Ghee manufacturing in Jahangirpuri.

The applicant wants to say the following for your kind information.
1. That the applicant is a social worker and for the benefit of public he is presenting you this application. So that the suitable action might be taken against the manufacturer. Since the applicant is Govt. Employ so he is unable to give his name.
2. That the applicant might now this secret information from Akil Ahamad that the “Chaudhary dairy” which is located in C-93-X, DDA Flats, Jahangirpuri, Delhi-110033. The informer had worked in this dairy for one year. The dairy owner even did not give him the payment as yet. The informer was being used to make artificial milk and ghee in the same dairy during the night time since last one year. When he asked his balanced salary the owner of the dairy Md. Rizwan said I will not give you the balance wage do what you can do and threatened me if you will tell anyone about this we will kill you.
3. After much investigation of the applicant and his associates they came to now that the name of this Dairy is only Chaudhary Dairy but it’s owner is the Rizwan whose main aim is to weak the people of India by giving them the slow poison via this artificial milk and Ghee.
4. That the Milk Vehicle no. UP-14U-9605 is being used to supply this artificial milk in different parts of the Delhi City. This way Rizwan is selling the poison in the milk cheating the public of Delhi. You can find this vehicle before this shop after 8.00 am till the whole day. Due to this vehicle the road is sometime jam of the traffic.
5. Some of the neighbor and children told us that that its owner Rizwan works in the night and sleeps in the day.

Therefore sir you are requested kindly take any strong action against the Rizwan and save the public of Delhi who is using this milk as a slow poison.
