I have noticed a person in Jiwdhara Bazar, PS-Piprakothi, Dist East Champaran Motihari Bihar-845429 doing illegal refill in residental area and storing lpg cylinders in bulk at residence.It has become a health issue now for us as we have to inhale the lpg while they are illegally refilling the same.

    Hi, I want to post a complaint over illegal use of domestic cylinder to fill small cylinders. Here in Trilok Puri block 27 House no.210. The owner of this house “Nurjahan” has made a kitchen outside and illegally purchases LPG domestic cylinders daily and fills small cylinders of 4 kg capacity.
