Hello Sir

Subject: Complain against an illegal/unauthorised general store in residential area.

I would like to raise a concern for an illegally/unauthorised general shop in residential area.This shop is in running state and it causes nuisance to people residing in the nearby area.

It is an illegal/unauthorised shop having no licence no gst and it should be removed from here or should be sealed.

I would like to request you to take stong action against them and seal their shop.

Reasons:

1. Illegally opened unauthorised shop without license in residential area.
2. Causes nuisance because it is on high traffic main road.
3. Causes massive traffic jams every day.
4. Shop owner is a stubborn and disgusting person and he does not listen to public.Lots of people have asked him to move his shop but he does not listen.
5. Also selling expire products.
6.. Doesn't have GST and selling items without bill
7.Selling unhygienic, adulterated Paneer etc using banned polythene bags
8.. Encroach half the main shashi garden road and footpath area causing parking problems and big jams.
9. Always in a mood to fight using abusive language
10. Make the life miserable for the residents near the area

Illegal shop is run by Ms Ritu Taneja at B-3/81, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi -110029. She is doing day job as teacher in government MCD school and has no requirement to run the shop. She is running the shop illegally creating nuisance for all in the society.

Hi Municipal & Police department,

This is to bring to your notice the shop owner was recently booked under nirbhaya case due to his unethical behavior.

Now this shop is run by his relatives which are also creating nuisance in the society. These unwanted social elements which are spoiling the peaceful and calm atmosphere of the colony should not be allowed to operate the shop as they might repeat the same incident with any other children.

Please take a note of the details and action on it as soon as possible.

With kindness we would like to lodge a complaint against unauthorised general store in a residential area becoming a hangout place for rowdy boys to enjoy cigarettes and spitting pan masala while staring at our daughters.
The store has become the cause of disturbance to the neighbourhood increasing environmental and noise pollution.
We would be highly obliged if our grievances and complaints would be taken care of as soon as possible.

It is an illegal shop and it should be removed from here or should be sealed. Last year, it came under sealing but I dont know how they got escaped. I would like to request you to take stern action against them and seal their shop.
