This is a complaint against IMAPP Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., who has cheated me by committing to get Canada Permanent residence Visa. Since I have a small girl baby who is 6 months old i cannot travel to Delhi and place a complaint with court, I hereby furnish the details below. And request your kind support in this matter.

I have paid a total amount of 85, 770/- as fees to IMAPP Info. Solutions Pvt Ltd for the CANADA job search with Permanent Residence visa.

I have also submitted a copy of the following documents to IMAPP Info solutions Pvt. Ltd through courier:
1. Passport
2. Photo for Visa
3. Address Proof
4. ID Proof
5. All Educational Certificates
6. Nativity Certificate
7. Relationship Certificate (Original)
8. Police Verification Certificate (Original)
9. No Objection Certificate (Original)
10. College Transcript Certificate
11. CIBIL report
12. Birth Certificate
13. Appointment letter of all Employers
14. Appraisal Letter of Current Employer
15. Reference letter from Ex-Employers
16. Pay Slip of all employer (last 3 months)
17. One month bank statement

As per the Agreement, IMAPP has promised to provide me with the following services:
1. Assist in preparing and submitting documents
2. To pay English Language Test Fee (IELTS test fees) on my behalf
3. To pay Medical assessment fee for my Visa processing
4. IMAPP to provide 30 companies profile out of which candidate can choose 15 companies
5. Arrange interview with the 15 companies
6. Arrange Visa Interview for Permanent Residency at Canada

But till date, none of the above mentioned services has happened. In the process of Document submission also, there were no proper support and response from IMAPP team. And all the communication were delayed during my documentation period as IMAPP has taken so much time to respond to my queries via mail and phone calls. For which they have asked to pay a penalty of 25% of the fees. And i refused for the same.
As a outcome of my bitter experiences with IMAPP info solutions Pvt. Ltd., I have sent a couple of warning mails and a hand written final notice letter to both of the Managing Directors and the team to either refund the amount I have paid to IMAPP Info. Solutions or provide me with the committed service sooner. But there is no response from their end till date.

I am Prashanth, .Imapp Info solutions, Delhi is faking people to go abroad and cheating people in the name of legal agreement by not accepting legitimate documents. They are conducting fake interviews, using MARA Ids that do not belong to them, but to George. One day I got a call from Manpreet from Imapp Info solutions and she said that Imapp would schedule 15 interviews and they would help people to go abroad and settle down. I had to pay 1500 for an initial technical evaluation, If I passed that, she would go ahead with the process. I accepted and paid 1500 .Then she replied stating that the report is Positive and I had to pay 60, 000+vat =67, 416 and they were registered with Ministry AffairsI checked on the web, there was hardly one Negative review, I felt that this might be genuine & I transferred 67, 416 .From that day, my mental harassment started. Our company name is IMAPP INFOSOLUTIONS PVT. CO., it is regd. With MCA(Reg. No.-260784) as well as with MARA(Reg. No.[protected]. This complaint is regarding Imapp info solution pvt ltd for cheating me and other 3 for over 70000 each. Company promised us work visa to NZ and AUS, After submitting all the documents and money, no services were provided to us. Hence we asked them to refund the money. now they are not responding to our calls

Since it was the beginning of the process she called me every day for doing technical evaluation. I have all the recording for her text sent to me stating that the reason she is doing so much follow is because they have the relevant openings as per my profile I paid the 60000 for New Zealand Job process. They gave me the list of documents to submit. I Submitted all the relevent documents. Now they come up with a new story of Transcript...
