I booked for Indane gas cylinder on 5th of August by paying online through google pay. 11th August it was cancelled as the empty cylinder was not available. I was told that within 3 days the amount will be credited back. But till date (22nd August) the amount is not credited in my account. When called the India Garage landline [protected], the lady who doesn't know how to speak to customers shouted on call that they don't were it...

I am the user of Indane LPG under the distributorship of INDIA GARAGE INDANE DISTRIBUTORS and my consumer No. is 27936
I booked a refill on 24th June 2014 through automated booking system with booking reference no. 493035 but my cylinder is not delivered up-to 2nd July 2014, when I confirmed from automated booking system No. [protected] then I came to know that my cylinder has been delivered, but actually not.
