I have ordered "Phoenix Black Men Stretchable Chinos" but it is non stretchable & such product which is sold in road in mumbai for Rs.100/- & they charged me Rs.900/- when i have canceled that time the guys from india times says that we can not pickup you have to courier me or come in delhi & give us after that we will courier cheque after 15days. This is ridiculous. i think it is totaly fradulent sale which they made....

onwards it is showing that the payment not received. So I contact the customer

I have order Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos 19082 with India Times Shopping with Order No:[protected] on 8th October 2013.Same has been received on 12th October 2013 and when I open product i found that I got defective handset which have been shown to Samsung service center and Service center issued me a DOA letter.Without wasting time I intimated to the India Times shopping about concerned issue.They have given me Case Id:1122635 and said that...

india times offered a reader's offer of 5 kurtis, 5 leggings, 1 top, 2 track pants. when we ordered for it, it was delivered 4 days later but we received only 3 kurtis instead of 5. the kurtis were not at all of good quality and it did not appear like how it was printed in the paper. one of the kurti was torn. we made a complaint to them immediately the same day stating that we would like to cancel the order and asked for refund. we...

This Company has illegally subscribed my phone to a service called "follo" , this is not only to limited to me but also many other users. they illegally and repeatedly charge 5 rupees in short duration of 5-7 days and by deducting this small amount from millions of customer they earns millions of rupees. I just request the holder of this web site to please let this company named "India Times" stop doing this illegal jobs...

I am a BSNL prepaid mobile user with SIM No.[protected]. I have been receiving SMSs from 58888001 Indiatimes Subdating Services recovering Rs.1/- from the last one week, for the services which I have not subscribed for. I do not want this service (which I have not subscribed) and cancel it immeidately. Pl. do the needful immeditely....

Like beggars we are requesting India Times for last 7 days on problems in incoming mails due to non-renewal. This is despite the fact that we have paid in advance 5 years renewal fees last year. We have to keep on hold for more than 25 mins on their customer support helpline without any response.

Is there anyone responsible enough in their office who will take this up?
