Ms. Kavita first showed me photograph and profile of girl and then said that she has many proposals for me. even though i informed her that my date of birth is 1975 and asked her if she would have proposals for me, she reassured me several times and promised alliances till i get married with good service. Nothing else was told to me. She kept following up with me till i did not pay the registration amount of rs. 5100.

Nothing was told to me before registration. After i register, i come to know only 5 proposals will be given in a month. After registration, ms. kavita refuse to provide photographs of girls saying boys misuse it. Didnt she realize this before registering me ?? How did she send me the photograph of girls before registering me ?? after registration all talks are being told.

Also now she tells me that she will first talk to the girls and then forward profile to me. Before she said she will forward profiles and i can have a talk with the profile if i like. I had also informed her that i don't want divorcess / widows. All lies were told to me just to trap me. after i paid the registration fees, now she forwards only 4 profiles which included the one whose marriage had already taken place. She said she had a talk with the girls side but when i called up, they said they never had a talk with her or know indian first choice matrimony or any reference of mine was given to them.

Worst was the service - Ms. Kavita stopped reading my messages, stopped responding to them and even if you call, she will say i will do and will not do anything. it was terrible. Service was 3rd class and pathetic. she took me for granted. i was cheated and trapped to pay money and get registered.

Then Ms. Varsha her senior took over who was all the more pathetic than her. She took over from kavita but didnt bother to enquire any details of mine. she forwarded divorcee profiles!!!. Always she would say i will get back to you with profile, will get back by 6 pm today but never ever came back or send one. worst she also didnt bother to read any of my messages sent on whatsapp.

i was cheated and trapped by kavita and varsha whose service is terrible disgusting.

return my money 5100/- and remove my registration.

i sent mail complaining on their website but of no use as they say we will not refund money back and you will have to take services.

i have already given my account number but have not got my refund.

Now i am going to file a case against this matrimony in consumer court.

We were recieving calls from this marriage bureau and they were taking the lifetime assurity that they will provide the biodatas for the entire life and we have to pay them just once.
We had paid them rs. 5000/- cash and they have given us the receipt.in the beginning they had provided us some biodatas. But after 3-4 months we got nothing.
I have complained 4-5 times in a year. They had asked for the receipt and i had send that on whatsapp as well but then also they haven't provided a single biodata.
Firstly they were use to say that your agent is not working here anymore. And now when i have called them today they are asking me to visit the office. They are just wasting my time and not responding in a proper manner.
Just a pathetic and careless matrimonial. Nobody should trust them.

This company first calls and sends promising profiles with photos on whatsapp and asked to make payment in order to get the contact details. Later, they'll call and said the party is ready to meet, and they'll arrange meeting only after the payment. When we made Rs.5000 payment, they added us in a whatsapp group and sent the details for those 5 profiles. None of them i was able to contact. When asked for photos and setting up meeting, they'll ask you to contact directly to the party. Further, they stopped sending any profiles. We called to get refund but they denied. Representative from this company was Sonia.

Totally unprofessional. Waste of money. They give fake profiles and contacts. Please refund my money back, else I'll have to look for other legal options.

I would like to bring to your notice, that this Rep Miss Anita Joshi from India First Matrimony Services called me up on my phone on Sunday 25th March and said she has good profiles for marriage according to my profile and that she can WhatsApp some biodatas and if I like those then I need to pay 5000 rupees. She then sent me 4-5 profiles in my WhatsApp which I rejected. After some time she sent me one Profile for Priti Deshmukh from Bhopal with a very nice picture which no one can refuse so I said I can consider this profile. In a reply Miss Anita Joshi asked me to pay 5000 rupees to avail their services which include the following:
Giving contact number of the profile I considered
Sending some profiles every day
And the services will be valid until I find the match

I did not send the money upfront and waited until Monday 26th March 2018.
Then Miss Anita Joshi played another trick and sent me one more beautiful looking girl's profile named Ankita Gore from Jabalpur. Immediately after I started receiving multiple calls from Anita Joshi and Some girl from account department that I need to pay 5000 in order to proceed further.
So I finally sent them 5000 amount to following bank account on[protected] at 2:36 pm:

After receiving the amount, Miss Anita Joshi sent me one receipt in WhatsApp which I have a copy to provide to police when I register an FIR against this company.

After receiving the money, miss Anita Joshi told me that she will provide me numbers of mothers of Priti Deshmukh and Ankita Gore after verification of my profile for which I would get a call on Tuesday afternoon around 1.

So today 27th March 2018, I got a call from verification department from this number: [protected] and the guy sounded really unprofessional and just after asking one or 2 questions he said verification is done.

At 3:02 PM on 27 March 2018, Miss Anita Joshi sent me numbers of mothers of Priti Deshmukh and Ankita Gore (Which I think these profiles do not exist).
To my surprise, When I called these numbers no one picked these numbers and after many calls from different numbers still no one picked calls on numbers provided by miss Anita Joshi. Then I was sure there is some fraud going on here. When I informed the same to miss Anita Joshi that no one is picking on those numbers, she said she would ask mothers of these 2 profiles to call me back.
And after some time all the numbers of Anita Joshi, Account Department, Verification Department are switched off or unreachable.

I am going to seek police or legal remedy to recover my hard earned money from this fraud company.
My request to India First Matrimony Services is, Please return my hard earned money.

I have registered one profile with indian first choice matrimony and they have charged Rs. 4500/- for that. I am getting worst response. they shown me fake profiles is been created. In the photos of girls profiles of boys has been created and also providing brother's profile for sister.Now They said I would chose profile form any matrimony website and they will provide me contact no. and When we send profile from other matrimony website, they again told me wait for some time and now not given any contact no from send profile id. Now I am feeling cheated as they have l am excuses .Executive is on leave, Holidays etc etc. I want my money return back..

Around 3 month ago i have registered with that company they have charged 4000 RS and makes lot's of commitments at the time of registration and after registration they provide services like hell, they send fake profiles and it's been 3 month pass and they don't send any actual profile. Also when I call them they give excuses and cut the call and then don't pick call.
This company cheated me and not provided any kind of service I just want my money back.

I have taken paid membership from india first choice matrimony, and i have paid rs 2500 as an initial payment and balance rs 2000 was to be paid after satisfactory response, but i am not getting any satisfactory response from them.

Even they are not providing contact numbers of those candidates, which they had send to me before registration, and said that they are interested in my profile.

Initially they have made excuses like internet is not working and executive is on leave etc, after so many followups they have given me a bogus contact number over phone call, when i asked to give me the completed details of the candidate in written, then suddenly they started saying that the family of the candidate is not interested due to the height issue, when i said give me the details i want to talk to them, now they are saying the candidate is got engaged.. When i said even she got engaged i want to cross verify.. They said they will not providing contact number.. And their one the executive said "apne 2500 rupees me hame kharid nhi liya hai",

It seems they create bogus profile to attract the customers to take the paid membership, when customer take the membership they try to divert the customer's focus towards the genuine profiles.

Now i am going to file a fraud case against this matrimony in consumer court.
