After I registered in naukri profile on 18th March 2023, they called they have premium membership in naukri and asked me to login to infonaukri.in and pay the membership fee and later said some refundable fees to reschedule interviews with companies and some security fee and so on and made me pay around 45k...could you please help me in getting my refund.

I was looking for a job change and created a job profile in naukri.com last week and next day morning I recieved the call from naukri.com that my profile is selected by various companies and they will help me with the resume and interview for both India and outside India. They asked me to make the payment of 6000 rs and when the payment was made total of 21000 was deducted. Can someone please help me.

For the job purpose agent Neha Sharma told to pay rupees 11 but they deducted rupees 3100 .When I called them regarding it they told me to keep again the balance of rupees 3100 and they deducted it too.I request you to look into it and refund my rupees 6200 as early as possible.

I looking for jobs and created a profile in naukri.com. 10 mins after i created the profile, i received a call, on 29 jul 2020, from someone from infonaukri.co.in. I think naukri.com website has been hacked or they are sharing confidential data with other companies.

The person spoke very fast, made me speak to another 2 managers, and finally convinced me to pay about rs 10000 just over the call. It was only when they said i would have to pay another rs 10, 000, i realised there was something wrong and that i want to cancel the transaction. They said they will refund the money and they still have not returned the money. I have called them several times now. Finally today, 11 aug 2020, they picked up the phone and asked me to pay another rs2000 as cancellation charge, which i again did. I think i have been cheated again. And they spoke very rudely to me. They laughed at me. I feel really humiliated.

We are people desperately looking for jobs and these companies take advantage of our helplessness.

Please help me get the refund. It will not only help someone who is already struggling but also help restore the trust in the country's legal system.

I am searching for a job so i upload my resume on naukri.com site. On 31 nov i get a call from infonaukri.in. I receive that call and he told me that you are selected a job in axis bank and you have to send your details to infonaukri.in as soon as possible. And they told me to pay only 39/ as fee and just in moment i lost my all payment from my account and it’s arround 25000/ please provide me help as soon as possible. Thankyou...

Fraud naukri call me an 16nov2018 they inform me we have offer for you for job opportunity for IBM or Wipro but you have to pay 2500 registration fees after paied you will get call by naukri CR manager she's name aditi roy and they told she will manage your interview they said in interview you have to do 20% and other 80% from those side. i paid 2500 rs to adity roy. after 2 she had call me. and she told i shedule your interview for IBM but you have to pay document verification fees amount of 6780rs plus document so i paid them.next day she call me and told me again today is your telephonic interview but you have to pay for E-Profile amount of 9980rs
i paid 9980 rs but she called me again and told me i have not received money but that amount was debit from my account but they was telling lie we have not receive money because server problem payment stuck in getway but we have got message you will get your money back within 72 hours after that they told me you have to pay again 9980 othervise you will not get job.so then i shout them if you have not got money because server problem but you have got message so send me that message i will verify that. they told me we cant send co information to other.so i told them if i will be got my 9980 rs back then i will pay you.so then she told me you have to pay right now 9980 rs because your interview is sheduled. so i told them i give interview because i have done all of think which you had told me .you have not got money its your problem.i shared them screenshot also.but they not gave me interview call.and those first number has been switched off

I got a call from [protected] this no with name Ankit. He told me that he is from infonaukri.com and I am selected job for HDFC Bank. which is shortlisted my profile.He said me to pay rs 2500/- as registration fee for infonaukri.com in the a/c of AFC INFOTECH(a/c no-[protected], IFS CODE-SBIN0005222) . I paid to on 10 october 2017 at 2:41pm by Paytm(Paytm no.-[protected], Wallet Txn no:[protected]). After paying that amount I called him for confirmation then he send me a form to my email.after that a lady called me and she told me to pay again rs 4500/- for document verification.to Paytm NO-[protected] and send her the screenshot of payment on her whatsapp no[protected].but I didn't paid that amount. After that he call me again and again from mob no-[protected] back and told me to pay. When I refused and told her to refund my money then she told me that if she got a new candidate in place of me within 45 days then she will refund my money. but now 2 months completed.they didn't take response..even they didn't pick call..if they picked my call by mistake they didn't listen me and cut the phone...i m fed up of this..pleas take action against him and refund my money...i m also providing screenshot of the payment that i made

I applied on naukri.com for a job and i got a call from a girl she said i am calling from punjab national bank your resume has been shortlisted for a computer operator job and she asked me to send the documents and i mailed her my id proof i. E. Driving license and my mark sheet and also my resume then she asked me to pay ₹2500 as a security deposit. So i just want to know whether this is a genuine call or fake?? Please help because i had sent my documents with photograph.

I had posted my resume in naukri.com, two months ago i received a call from lavanya sharma ([protected]) ([protected]) from infonaukri as well the mail regarding ground staff (Supervisor) post in belgaum airport... This mail was from [protected]@infonaukri.com... She told me to pay 2500 as registration amount @ sbi bank a/c no:[protected] a/c name:afc infotech ifsc:sbin0005222 from rajat kumar ([protected]). After paying this she provided me to fill the form and issued reference id:info/gov.516507... After this i received a call from vikramjeet singh (Infonaukri) ([protected]) ([protected]) ([protected]) as well the mail to pay 4500 as police/document/home address verification. I paid 4500 @ bank of india a/c no:[protected] a/c name: smartcollection with ifsc:bkid0007170.. This mail was from [protected]@infonaukri.com... Then i received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com with thanks and regards from c. F. Thomas to pay 15500 as security amount to get joining letter in the kotak mahindra bank a/c name: lalit sharma. A/c no:[protected] with ifsc:kkbk0000204... I did not pay 15500 and asked to refund my 7000... Initially they said that all amount is refundable if telephonic interview not cleared... C. F. Thomas ([protected]) behaved rudely with me.. Even to refund they are asking to pay 3300 to cancel the registration... They are not deducting their amount and not refunding my 4700rs in 7000rs... So kindly request you all to not to pay anybody... Here by i request infonaukri to pay my remaining amount by deducting your amount.. If not i am ready to place a legal complaint against you all

They call me and offer job in hdfc bank and tell me to submit rs4500. And i will get payment proof next day and also next day i will get interview call but i got nothing. Today after 3 days i got a mail to submit rs4500 more. They dont inform me about this prior. I want my refund of rs4500.
