We checked every thing and we found that you are failed to run matrimony business and for that you are blaming Inlogix Infoway.
Customer never generated ticket. Not a single ticket. Not even informed in our whatsapp chat tool.

We also attached our ticket panel which shows that there is no ticket and never generated any.
