I am sending this mail on behalf of my uncle who have purchased a PC with an Intel Dual Core (2.6 GHz) processor and motherboard DG31PR on 26 DEC 2009.. The system used to get trouble with the shut-down process.. Many times it didn't shut down even when the wait continued for half an hour.. The dealer who sold the system to us have taken the entire CPU for repairs on 2 OCT 2010.. For past 2 months the reasons they...

We want to bring to kind attention that their is a problem with the Dispay in Computer.

Our hardware person has checked and said that there is a problem with the Intel Desktop Mother Board BOXDG31PR1 BTPR82801FMM AA E[protected] which we have purchased on 04-09-08 from Ganapati Marketing, Chenoy Treade Centre Seceunderabad, Hyd.

So we request you to replace the above mentioned Desktop Mother...
