When i have applied for IB ACIO -2 exam (8th jan 2021), first the payment was failed so that i have paid again then it got successful and application submitted . But the amount was debited twice, I didnt get the refund.
I have waited for 72 hours and then contacted SBI bank and raised complaint. On the very next day they closes the complaint saying, the transaction was successful from their side and the compliant is closed. Then i have tried to reach IB acio helpline numbers and mailed them many times, but there is no response. What can i do to get my money back. Now its been 7 days

Sir i am aspiring student of government job who has given ib acio exam on[protected]. Sir the time given to solve the paper was not sufficient and in some centre they have distributed omr sheet earlier and in some centre they have given it 10 mins late. Also in some centre, people have done a lot of cheating to solve the paper in group. Paper was not having seal on it, as it was offline paper so it should have seal on it. So a question of authenticity also arises in our mind. Sir being a youth, i urged you to kindly re-conduct the exam in online mode with full transparency. Sir this is a complain from a youth on behalf of million of aspirants for their career. Hope to get possitive response. We request you to re-exam in online mode. This a need of an hour.
