However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

don't go to IQ Back office Ambattur-IE(especially Engineering Student )
Don't go any one to this company, they says "It is a financial and accounting related company", but the work is only data entry( entering the data into IQBO software and client software), and saying your salary is 10500.but they give only 7000.you have to work for extra 3hr which is minimum 3 days in a week without any allowance.there is no increment until one year....

Hi All,
Please find some time to read this before entering into IQ Backoffice india pvt ltd. Really it is a fraudulent company they do not recruit employees they find slaves to work for them. I worked in that company for one year as a slave. They wont recognize the employee who works hard for them moreover, while you enter into that organisation they will get a bond signed for 1 year and will say a salary of 11000/month initial...
