Itm University Gwalior Complaints & Reviews

On 17th July 2022, I have paid an admission fee of 17, 000 rs to ITM University Gwalior which is refundable if the admission is cancelled by either party within 15 days. Regarding the same, I had requested cancellation of my admission and wrote an application to them to refund my fee.
I was informed by the University that my fee will be refunded in 15-30 days time.
However despite of multiple reminders to the admission councellors and college adminsitration, I have not recieved my fee refund yet.

They have been telling me that I will get it next week constantly from last 1.5 years.

May I request to helpme get the fee refund.

They impose same fine two time or more. Total semester fee for BTech is program fee Rs 57500 and bus fee is Rs 7000 equals to Rs 64500.I submitted my semester fee Rs 64500 +fine on late fee Rs 500= Rs 65000. but still my mis login account shows still Rs 500 due because they impose same fine two times by mistake. They told me to refund it or correct it, but they delay it daily. The account officers always cheats students and impose fine without any reasons. If we told them, why they did this ? they say only, it happens by mistake.They earn large amount of money only by imposing fine on students without any reason.
Please investigate the Accounts of account holders of ITM UNIVERSITY GWALIOR.

sir i am Skand dubey from satna (M.P.) , i did take admission four month ago on your itm university and gave the registration fee and after i had some family issues so i canceled the registration and said to return my fee but after four month their are nobody take action and take responsibility about it.

so please return my registration fee Rs.- 10,000 as well as fast.

because i need it. if any body not do any about it so i give the clam about the itmuniversity on Indian Consumer Forum and case on itm university.
so please do action now and solve my problem
