The bill they provided was for Rs 1, 11, 400.00 out of which I paid Rs 61800 as advance. They said that it is their business terms and condition to pay 50% advance.
I was told by Mr Jaffery that I need to pay total remaining amount of Rs 49, 600 which includes transportation cost but when I was sent individual bills by him- to be paid as COD- they are of Rs 68, 452.
I was told that it takes 2 weeks for products to deliver.
They took very long time (7 weeks) despite of multiple reminders which made me suspicious and during this time they didn’t respond well. Every time I contacted them, they made some silly excuse- workers on leave, sickness, product taking time to dry etc etc.
As I got very suspicious about them, I messaged them that if I could inspect the item before paying but they said that it is not allowed and that only after payment of COD amount will I be able to open the parcel.
After dozens of messages and phone calls (almost every day), I finally started receiving the products. Shockingly, they are of very inferior quality. Most of the components are second hand, damaged and dirty. They can’t be kept at home.
I have sent pictures of products to the company on their mobile numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected]. But they are not too surprised and do not accept their fault. Instead, they are discouraging me from complaining it to authorities.
I strongly believe that this company has displayed fancy items on website, probably copied from somewhere. They take orders from domestic (Indian) customers then they search for raw material from ‘Scrap Market’. Quickly assemble items and courier it. They are selling these things at high price and hence making huge profit margins.
They seem to lack work and business ethics.
This is further to my last complain -3662202 on[protected] about the poor quality products sent to me by the seller.
I am adding one more point here:

The seller gave me quotation of Rs 1, 11, 400.
I paid advance of Rs 61, 800.
Seller confirmed that I need to pay additional 49, 600 as COD(cash n delivery). (Attached)
But when he sent me individual bills they have added up to Rs 68, 452. 9Bills attached)
I have communicated with seller but he fails to acknowledge it.

It's been a few months that I paid Rs16, 000/- to Exporters India with a commitment that the website would be ready and launched in 15 days but unfortunately they did it in 2 months after repeated calls and messages.
They promised to give the control panel to us to add plug ins now they are refusing to do so. They now want us to buy it through them.
The pictures on the website that they put up were not provided by us, God knows from where they got the pictures.
Calls and messages are not answered by the staff and we are in a mess. We will have to report the matter to the consumer forum to either settle the matter or give us a refund.
We have had enough of them.
