Jaipur Golden Transport Complaints & Reviews

I have booked my tender at ludhiana (punjab ) to Gandhonagar (Gujrat ) on 23 oct 2021 and now its 9 nov 2021 almost 20 days and its not deliverd . when i checked its online status it is showig that it is still in ludhiana my bill no is[protected]

I have booked my goods vide docket[protected] dated 28 May 2020. Still m waiting for my goods at Srinagar. I have never seen such q werst transport in my life. I request authorities plz make these people to send my goods to Srinagar otherwise I m going to file a case against your transport. I have never seen such a fast tpt in my life. I m going to put u people on social media also.

Please note that a material booked through g r no.[protected]/3 from delhi
To alwar. We found that material was broken at the transporters end. Out of 3 pcs 2 pcs were broken in 2pcs each. I told the manager mr. Vijay about the breakage of the material before taking the delivery. He told me to give in writing
About breakage and release the material. I given him in writing about the
Breakage and amount of compensation on 21.4.17. The copy of duly received
Letter attached herewith for your reference. Nearly four months have been passed and no reply came from alwar office. I wrote to the customer care of jaipur golden about this. They replied that i should claim the amount from my
Insurer. If the material is broken by mishandling at transporters end then why
Should the insurer should pay the claim. If it is not possible to pay the claim
By them then why the manager accepted the claim.

I think the company jaipur golden is not doing the wright thing. I now request
You to do the needful against jaipur golden and arrange to provide me the claim.

I have booked material at Jaipur golden office Swaroop Nagar Delhi to GOA on 11/06/16, but they have dispatched it for next station after 4 days on 15th??? and in continuous follow up with JGT officials but still I have not received my material in Goa and they are also not confirming about material ( docket No- 231/015569 dt- 11/6/2016)

Pls advise

i booked goods from ajmer to kochin, and paid whatever they asked. they deliver only 8 items out of 9 and 1 box ix missing.
now one month over but they are not replying and nither they are giving any document to us.
please advice what can be done
