Respected sir, This is to inform you that Bus arrival Time of Valsad-Palanpur bus at Makarpura, baroda stand is 10:15 pm but still after 1.30 hours it doesn't arrive. How can we accept this much of irregularities. please take legal action for Bus management staff accordingly.

I Couriered one of the important document from Ahmedabad on 18th October 2010. But the same is still not received to Consignee Address at Worli, Mumbai.
As i understand that A'bad to Mumbai courier must be received within next working day. But two days has already been passed but still its not received.
