No action from reliance jio

I have lodged multiple complaint about no signal or very low signal @ my current residence but all my ticket resolved without any resolution.

The issue is from quit some time now, almost from last one year and i was assured that it will be taken care by installing new tower and frequency increase but nothing happened as of now.

I am trilochan in 21 july 2017 i recharge 399 in my number [protected]. After deduct my money but never recharge i contact to jio care they said your money will refund but till 8/08/2017 past my money till not return. Today when i call he said to me contact your bank. This is really suprice. Money deducted from account, no connection, no refund
I have paid through net banking rs 303 for the connection, but neither i have received connection,...

Good afternoon,
This is suman kausik and my jio number is -[protected].in april month. I recharge 303. And second time i recharge 309 in this month before 4 days
But calling and net surfing i did not get till now.
At least 10 time i send mail to customer care but could not solve my problem.
I requested to you please solve my problem.

It is the 32th day that i have taken jio sim card no. [protected] is still not activate and i have visited many times to Reliance digital centre but they doesn't respond to any customer as they pretended that they doesn't know anything and they refuse us always so please check out this problem and activate my jio number [protected]. Alternative number [protected] thank you....
