I had placed an order with Jiore. Official page on Instagram on 9-Jan-2024 for INR5296.80 -order no:9268250. The products were supposed to be delivered on 18-Jan-2024 but the shipment shows cancelled on the tracking link sent by the company. I’ve sent multiple reminders to them on Instagram and WhatsApp and they have blocked me everywhere and not even picking up calls. They are also deleting comments from other users who are facing same issues. They have 400K+ followers and this would become a massive scam if not resolved on immediate basis. I’ve all the proofs required and also have other users who have faced same scam from them and want a resolution. Kindly connect with me incase of any further queries.

I have placed the order on oct 8th still there is no response on the delivery date.
Given contact number not even working. I have tried message in Watsapp that number also not in service. Very good cheating company providing lot of advertisements in Instagram and Trap the people easily. Beware people !!!

Sir I have ordered a few things from jiore.net website on 25-apirl-2022 I have not received til now and no response to the order I'd and mail which I have sent to them regarding this and no response to call and whatssap msgs and I have already paid to the order of rs 623/-

I had placed my order like 8-9 days ago (prepaid), still it's not delivered yet...and they are not responding to any of the messages or mails...!!

I have ordered two items in jiore on March 3rd 2022, and it's been ten days I'm not able to track my order and there are no updates regarding it. The social media that they use for promotions and queries will update about their products but they stopped responding once after complaining about their delay in delivery

I ordered product (chirsy and vigwa soap) from jiore on 15th feb and I paid 649rs as well. it is 26th feb I didn't get any order confirmation mail, msg. When I go to track my order, there some validation failure or errror is coming. Rather then getting my product they are showing my order pending.
I tried to contact them through whatsApp, insta, gmail so many times but they are ignoring that all. I'm very frustrated I want my refund.

I ordered Jiore Laeau moisturiser for 675 rupees online. After using it in tiny amount my skin got an allergic reaction, my lips were swollen, corner skin of my lips i.e. the mouth opening developed rashes, cuts and became painful like a wound, totally torn, there were tiny red bumps on my face.
I had confirmed with jiore customer service & skin expert many times, I told them my skin is sensitive so how is this moisturizer going to suit my skin, will it be allergic ? They assured me yes maam you can buy it is will not have any adverse side effects

But for the first time in my life I have had such a bad & painful reaction to a cream. I have always used tiny amount of this cream. Upon reaching out to the jiore customer service & skin expert, they callously are saying that you have used large amount and you should use mustard size amount of cream.

I asked them to refund the product as it is bad for my skin, I sent them all the proofs of before and after the application of the laeau cream but all my messages, emails, request were in vain. No body is listening, Jiore has terrible customer service,
They are not refunding, nor returning the product.
They are rudely saying sorry, can't help you

I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against this as the company is not taking any responsibility if their product is harming the customer's face, wasting hard earned money of the customer in these tough times of covid when people are facing financial crisis.
I request to kindly refund my money.

I ordered 2 combos from jiore official . Firstly products came late then after receiving the order. The item was missing so i contacted jiore so they said u received Incomplete order nd asked me some details nd pictures of order. Then they said they are forwarding the issue to their team nd its been more then 10 days i haven't received my pending item or not even any confirmation from then . They are just saying we forwarded your issue since 10 days nd now they are not even replying on any medium. They told me after 10 days to contact their customer care but there also am not getting any reply. Now they said we have forwarded your issue so many time. I dont know if its my fault or their as they saying me that they forward the issue for so many times. Owner is also not replying . Just giving false hope with samw line "i have forwarded your issue" since 10 days

I have ordered 2 the product before 2 months (11/04/2021) from jiore and paid the whole money online but till date the product is not delivered and the company is not responding to my messages, email & even the phone call. The company seems to be fraud, they have not mentioned the address on their website. I am sharing the order details below.
