After that I am payed money again that time 7:26pm with another account registration successful but first payed money not send still now &send message after 15 days refund your money what's going on... My friends all get refunded money with in 5days.what is the reason for this...

I have pay upi payment sucess but after transcantion fail coming but amount debit how to slove my problem

I, Mounika Chevuru was a M. Tech 2017 passout from Audisankara Engineering College, Gudur & I have applied and paid Rs3500/- for my OD by online on 3rd Aug 2021. Till now, I didn't get it and it is showing same status on the dashboard since 2 months.

My friend who applied 2 weeks back she got that certificate, but still mine is pending.

And also I have contacted to JNTU numbers : [protected] and [protected] and the persons who are lifting up the call saying on each other they will have information not with us. This is the thing happening with the helpline persons.

We didn't get any proper response from the team. Can u please send my OD as early as possible. Thank you in advance
