I am unable to make calls to some numbers since about 4 days. I have put several complaints to the customer care on 198 but none of them have helped me. This is super irritating. I am unable to make calls to my parents. I have sufficient mobile balance and I have also subscribed to a scheme. Plus my Internet network isn't also really upto the mark right now. Pls solve my calling issue ASAP. Kindly look into the matter....
