I have raised an online request to transfer my PF and Pension from JPMorgan(KDMAL[protected]E0415846) to WellsFargo(APHYD[protected].
The claim ID is KDMAL[protected], date raised is 05/12/2020.The PF is successfully transferred but the pension is not yet transferred. Can you please transfer the Pension to my WellsFargo account(APHYD[protected]? Please provide me the Annexure K for the EPS transfer done....

My pf is transferred from tn/mas/31309/063103 to kd/mal/92681/00e/ 48267 for rs.582453/- cheque no. 388948 utr no. Sbin[protected] on 11/2016
My previous employer cognizant technology solution maintain pf with govt while jp morgan maintains it separately.
I didn't receive any annexure k and jp morgan didn't update my transferred pf balance for the same reason.
Please provide annexure...

PF not received.
Hi,
I left JP Morgan chase on 31st July 2007.The PF form was submitted by the company on 12th Feb 2008.I have not received the PF amount till date.I have contacted my previous company regarding the same but they said that i need to contact the PF office.I have called several times on the PF office numbers but there is no answer.
My PF account no is MH/92681/6072.Request you to kindly assist me in withdrawing the PF amount.I would like the same to be credited to my account.
