This is vinaykar my consumer No:[protected] Agency: Jyothi Enterprises (Indane Gas Distributor) Hyderabad. I booked my cylinder on 8th Aug 2017 on 10th Aug 2017 I received SMS that the cylinder is delivered with cash memo no:[protected]. But still I din't received.

So, I request you to look into the matter, because without cylinder we are unable to cook and we are forced to go outside for eating.

My customer number is 13030, we received a gas cylinder on 3 february 2013 and today when we were about to use the cylinder it was empty as there was a leakage problem in the cylinder with a Batch number 143077 Test dates as 12-08 D18...22/3/2013 when we complaint about it in the aghapura office they informed us to replace the cylinder in the godown as told by Srinivas sir in the office..and when we went to godown he charged money for it...
