There is a Indane Gas agency in our area, it creates such a problem that we can't live peacefully here. I don't know how government has given permission to run in residential area. The KK Indane LPG cylinder distributor near Devrabesanahalli, Bangalore does not deliver the cylinder to the house in a timely manner. The cash memo (No. [protected]) got generated on 19th Oct and I am yet to receive the cylinder. I have made numerous calls to them most of which they don't bother to pick-up and the ones that they do pick up, they speak rudely and ask me to call them back in an hour citing some silly and vague reason....

My Indane consumer ID is 64357. I have booked refill on 19th February. Cash memo was generated on 24th March and I have got SMS for the same. Still the cylinder is not delivered.
