So at the first the man told us to pay for the confirmation and the amount was of 500for one and for service the amount was of 500for one hour and we were two persons ao the total was for the confirmation and 1000 for the service for both . We had selected the service at their hotel so then he told us to pay for the hotel security deposit the amount was of 4500of one and was the total for both so we had to pay and we payed, then he sent us a link and told that the details of the hotel and room number is present in that link but the link was fake and was not opening then we called her and asked then he told was that now we have to pay the hotel security for both the women also so we doubted that it is fraud then we called and told her that we don't want the service we want our refund.so he told us okay the refund will be recieved within 24hr . So we waited for the next day and called her and asked for the refund then he told us that refund will be recieved at the 6pm so we waited again but we didn't receive the refund then we called her and asked he told us that their sir is not present so he can't refund us now amd then he cutted the phone call and now he is not replying to our call's and of messages

I m a student who hav completed plus one from kerala board but now migrated to another state where the school is cbse affiliated. The process of admission has stopped now only because of the plus one marksheet. Can you please provide me the marksheet urgently? Otherwise one year of mine will be wasted. These documents are meant for a help, i hope u understand how they are meant to me.
