We placed the order for bathroom tiles on the promise that it will be delivered within 7 days and there was stock available.

After 7 days when we called we were told that the item was not in stock and has gone for production and will be delivered in next 10 day.

After 10 days we called and were told again it will take another 7 days which was yesterday. When we called yesterday we were told it will be delivered today and now the dealer is not picking the phone.

Dealer is blaming Kajaria for the delay. All work has stopped at the site and we are incurring huge losses. They take 100% payment in advance and lie on the face. 1 month passed and still no tiles. Very unproffessional company. We would prefer to get our money back so we can procure from somewhere else.

Out of 49 box 15 box damaged... Neither the company nor the dealer taking responsibility. Only 8 boxes agreed to replace. Am at loss..

Hi, I bought Versace White same lot, initially it was white, after few weeks slowly color faded in few set of tiles to cream color, no support from kajaria and their executive having bad behaviour, not accepting their poor quality of product.

Please Avoid Kajaria tiles....

I am not getting my tiles from last 15 days. Whenever goes to show they told me tile comes in next week. Today I go to showroom they told same thing this is not acceptable thing. Staff have rude behaviour towards me and my father. This showroom belongs to rajeev bajaj and employee who have rude behaviour name is abhishek. They didn't provide me refund at a time they told me came afternoon to collect amount and already time was 1:00 pm

1. Bought 2 wall mounted WC - Rim type for less water consumption. Doest clear in one go. Using double water

2. Cistern leakage doesn't stop after multiple complaints. Overhead tank gets emptied. Huge wastage of water, power and mental tension.
3. Corporate office response is poor

Got our home constructed at gurgaon by prithu homes. Tiles have developed hairline cracks, terrible chipping, look badly stained at corners and edges. Visit by some kajaria engineers and report awaited. Team prithu suggested it is subject to quality issues with kajaria product range having stain like mark's. Attaching pictures for reference. Struggling since a year of installation. The builder blame the bent for all the gaps and uneven laying, epoxy mark's a d stain a major eye soar. Our trust in kajaria and the idea of installing their eternity and ceramic range has failed us miserably. Seeking explanation. Attaching pictures to understand if it as execution or product quality.

Based in gurgaon, first turnkey project by prithu homes in gurgaon. Despite a year still no solution to uneven tiles, chipped and stained anx cracked bathroom tiles n kitchen floor and wall tiles.

We have came to kajaria regional office & display centre for glazed vitrified tiles,, fortuna tower, 1078, first floor, opp. Ima blood bank, chakrata road, dehradun, uttarakhand 248001

After confirming one tile of 5*2.5 ft (Approx qt 940 sq ft), it took us two hours to finalize

Later on one store head came and said that my staff quoted wrong price. She quoted 95 rs per sq ft and later on that guy said the price...

I had purchased kajaria tiles for my house. After 5-6 months i saw there were some cross lines starting appearing on surface of tiles which are increasing day by day. For this i had registered complaint on kajaria toll free number under complaint no.156, 157 & 159 on 20/2/19. I personally informed several times to mr. Tarun gupta who works on all the technical queries. He always said praveen garg will visit to your house soon & check the defects in your tiles but till now 18 days are past no body will visit my house. Please take necessary action soon.

I bought kajaria600*600mm creamic floor tiles 27 boxes.. And my tiles are damaged.. The retailer is not taking any action to my complaint.. I bought it from hindustan marbles and sanitary garhwa (822114). My dealer is not responding to the defected piece. The tiles shop is near r. K public school sonpurwa garhwa. And the company of which i bought the tiles is kajaria ceramics so please help in solving my problem

I bought Kashmir Marfil floor tile from Kajaria. The tiles are bend and irregular in size some are big compared to others. 50% tiles are not right angle or bend. Very poor quality . After frequent complains the inspection team came and they found the flaw in company end . They prepared a report but never responded to my call or mail after that. Very poor quality tiles.

This is my unhappy experience with buying and installing Kajaria vitrified tiles in my flat. The company makes some claims, and in my limited experience, certain tiles do not meet those claims. Your experience may of course vary. I had purchased 2x2 Kajaria premium vitrified tiles at Noida code 6306 ( double glazed) with a clear request i need excellent quality finish. This was purchased by my contractor after selection. Once it was fixed at the flat I got to see huge color variation even with in the tile. 2 inch running length in the corner was visible apart from big color variation between tiles. I had called the inspector to come and check the tile and he informed me some color variation possible. But the variation cant be visible to naked human eye. what is the point of buying premium tile? I have seen many other shop and found same tile does not have color variation. So its clear some thing not alright with this batch. I want Kajaria to replace all tiles and lay them at there cost. But even then they cant pay for my agony of delay and time spent incl staying in rental place because of non able to move to new place
Pls help by escalating to right place
