I have all the documentation for this guy Suhas Vitankar who acts very innocent but trust me he's a real fraud. His modus operandi:
Stage1 Starts the work excellent way,
Stage 2: Delays the work giving reasons as home or his employees and
Stage3: Never completes the work.
Its actually a waste of your time and Money if you engage him and by the way keep your household...
