They r not even worth rating but yes i would like to expose their lies. The card they distribute at mall entrance says that hair cutting+washing+blowing all for 150rs. Once you reach the reception this changes to only a specific style/cut and that too won't suit me as per their specialists opinion and shud go for their usual charges of rs 600 and this opinion sharing was given after keeping us waiting for half an hr. This strategy of fooling customers by distributing cards at mall entrance won't work long as people realise ur lies and hence will never turn back to u as u already appeared as con party in customers view point.

I have got my smoothening done a month back. After 3 days when i went for wash, at that time i told them that waves are still there and smoothening is not done proper, they mentioned its because of scalp sweating and while sleeping using hair band etc etc... But my hair was open for full 3 days and now when i look at my hair its horrible. Staff is humble and but keeping this point in mind i can not ignore that i have not got services i was looking at. I wanted smooth hair... Followed every instruction given while smoothening, still if they can not give solution, then i am sorry say you will grow big, but person who become big should also know how to solve situation. If you can not solve the situation then you only got fever of brand name, fame, which will surely come down soon.

I opted for keratin treatment at kapils and had a terrible experience. After first wash itself the effect was gone and my hair became too dry, unmanageable and frizzy. I went to them and they did it all over again. This time also i faced the same thing, after first or second wash.

When i went to them and complained about it, they said "this is what keratin treated hair look like" and if i wish for smooth hair, "i should have opted for smoothning and not keratin, our stylist gave a wrong consultation".

Wth!!! I had spent 12350 bucks (8200 treatment + 4150 products) for thisss..A wrong suggestion from one of their stylist!!!

They said they can do smoothening for my hair which will cost me around 5000 bucks extra to make it look what i want. Do they think i am a fool! After getting a treatment of higher cost, if this is what i got, what wud you expect from something that's of lesser cost.

So i would suggest u to surely visit kapils for a hair treatment, if n only i[censored] have a hell lot of paisa and faltu ka time.
