Dear sir, I request u to plzzz se to my compliant . as in Cmc nippani, dist:belgaum. Taluka:CHIKODI . the officers in Cmc nippani ask for a sum of rupees 10000, 20000, 25000etc. My father went to take a building permission for house the officer said give me amount of 25000 rupees and your work will be done .I am asking this because I want to know whether the amount goes to govt. Or the officers take it .plzz enquire it as it is a big issue...
