I am nitin wankhede r/o borkute layout narendranagar nagpur 15, my consumer number is 16326, last 12 days my cylender booking dated 11/09/14 my cylender is first time is return for my house is lock, second time is booking 19/09/14 but second time cylender is return for my house is lock but todays is pitmouksha amvasa and i am present house but your servise man is return cylender for is lock why? Your company message is your refill booking...

nonrefund of lpg subsidy since 4 months

consumer no; 23149. paid rs.1365.50l vide cash memo no;[protected] dt.[protected] for a gas cylinder refill. till this day refund of subsidy amount has not been credited to my bank ac. my personel visits to the agency 5 times did not yield any result. needful may pl. be done to get back the refund.

Activation/Deactivation of gas connection

I am a consumer of 5kg Cylinder gas connection from the distributer
/s Karuna Gas Agency, Surendranagar, Nagpur. I use the gas only for the gas gyser. As I stay alone, the requirement of gas is very less. Smoetimes in summer the consumption is up to 9 months per cylinder.
Every time i book my refill, i ger the message as the connection is TERMINATED. Again i have to pay the distributer RS 200 for the inspection and reactivation...
