Hi, I am Anita Naik, I had booked the flat in Kavya Residency in June 2012, Agreement completed in 2012 August, as per agreement possession date was December 2013. But when followed builder gives the reason that due to government approval the building is pending, till now only 70% work completed, this was the same position as of June 2012 that time also 70% work was completed from then onwards there is hardly any progress noted. I am NRI working in Abu Dhabi. I have bought a flat ( Atlantis Apartment A 402, Ghodbundar Road.) in Thane District from builder Kavya Builcon Pvt. Ltd. I got my possession in the month of Jan 2009 but the builder has not given me origin certificate (OC) till now.
