Sir, i am k. Sruthi. I raised my complaint against kdt company on april. Sir you told the complaint is resolved.. And again june they call me harrased me. You told your higher authorities solved your complaint is permanently resolved... Please help me sir... Now today they call me and saying. On you the case is filed in delhi court so you have to attend to court.. Sir please help me sir.. I want permanent solution... Please help me sir...

I am m. Durga devi.in order to earn some part-time money, i got myself registered with kdt company for captcha filling work. I applied to them through quiker jobs. They got me into an agreement (1st page attached) as per which i had to submit the work within 10 days with 90% accuracy, failing to which i have to pay the penalty amount of rs.5000 which they didn`t ask to pay beforehand. The work was supposed to be done through an app (Mac2cap) by logging in and filling the captchas. Their app sometimes freezes and sometimes doesn`t count the filled captchas. I also encountered the difficulty in recognizing the difference between small l alphabet (L) and capital i alphabet (I). So, i asked the concerned person over their whatsapp number but received no help in the matter. Now, they didn`t inform me before and when my 10 days got over they start sending me threatening messages and emails via. Their advocate associate, sudhakar. He's informed me that a case has been registered against me. They are calling innumerable times in a day and asking for money. Kindly help.
Please help me. They are torturing me mentally. Please help me

I am allwyn varghese. While checking for work from house jobs, i came across this one. A person from maharashtra called and said we need to fill 10000 captchas in 10 days with 90% accuracy.

At first i messaged them i am not interested after sending my aadhar details, then when i started doing it, i can't login the account after i didn't attempt to login.
One day, suddenly got a call from an advocate saying that kdt company filed a case against me and i need to pay rs 8510 as penalty. I requested them a lot about the work, i didn't attempt after that i got tensed i paid them rs 8510 and advocate told me that you won't get further calls from company.
Two days later, i again got a call from company and was asked to pay rs 12980 as sessional charges otherwise they will file the case, i will be charged and punished. I cried to the advocate who called me and she confinely asked me to pay the amount and atlast i paid this amount to the company, i was asked to sendi a mail, saying i have no objection in future and advocate promised there won't any sort of call from company.

At present i again got a message saying your case is listed on court. I won't take or call back, i am sure they will demand me more and more money and i have no money and

I was give a job to fill 10000 captcha and i completed it and after igot phone call from kdt company and without giving me any reason they are demanding me money and also threatening me that they filed a law suit. They didnt sent me any agreement and they are threatening me to pay money and the number they are calling is [protected].. And the advocate they are referring is vaibhavguptha.. Please kindly take action against them.

After paying registration fee ... This company called KDT commpany from Nagpur .. they have already provided noc to me... But again they are calling that we well provide u work in 2 days when i said that i dont want to do work then they are saying u have agreement of 11 months you have to pay 12000 for cancellation of agreement... What should I do.. they are saying that they will register the case against me ...

Sir i am student i am also suffering same problem from kdt captcha fake company. They have taken my adhar details and digital sign.in the beginning i said to them i don't have interest to do this work they said ok.. But now someone advocate with number [protected] calling me and he said that i have not done their work so i have to pay penalty 5000 otherwise we are sending legal notice and i have to come to court and pay 1 lakh.. I worried about this please help sir.

Sir Iam k Sruthi, on 6april I submit a complaint to you. You said it is resolved .they won't call you or they won't message you .sir but today once again they calling me and harrassing me. They are saying, they are sending me legal notice to home . Iam to scared about that. sir please help me sir please .I am scaring please help me.please help me sir

This job required completing 10000 captcha codes in 10 days and this company agreement stated that if I won't be able to complete the work with 90% accuracy then I will have to pay a penalty amount of 5000. But as soon as I started this work I got to know the main flaw in the working of this fraud company's site, initially, the captcha codes restarted from 1 after completing 150 captchas so I mailed the company's helping site and asked about, they said it wasn't any problem as they have some kind of counter for it. So I myself maintained the record in a diary and completed the said work in 10 days. I still didn't know anything about accuracy but I got a call from their lawyer saying I haven't even completed my work so I will have to pay the penalty. And this company's app also has a desktop which kept confusing as it showed that I have completed about 5000 captchas when according to my record I had completed only 2000 captchas and when I had completed about 6000 captchas only, the app showed about 9000 captchas, and it showed about 13000 when acc. to my record I had completed 9000 captchas. But the most excruciating thing is when I completed 10000 captchas it showed that I had completed only about 7000 captchas. This company is only making fool of people. And now they are demanding the penalty. I am scared and confused about what should I do. Please help me! And also the stamp paper which was called as their agreement is having the date 14 september 2018. I noticed it only now.

I have searched for some home based job. Kdt company called me at the time of starting i said that i don't have interest in it but they messaged me every day and forced me to send adhar and signature details without saying their conditions. Thats why i didn't take any work from their. And now they sent some judicial papers, they are harrassing me to pay the penalty rs.5000 sir please help me...
